Hi Sarah, thank you for your feedback. I see that you emailed us on 2nd March and my colleague Imani responded today (4th March) which is within our 48 hour response time. We are sorry that there was no tracking available. I see that Imani informed you -'I have checked the system and can see that this order was dispatched on 23rd February' and she emailed the brand to ask if there was any tracking information and has not as yet heard back. We are glad to hear that you have received your item now, but we are sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the product. May I ask if you would like to return the product to them? I will send you an email so that you can respond there. The item itself is hand dyed with non-toxic plant materials, dyed with alkanet flowers and lavender using an ancient dyeing technique to create a beautiful, natural lilac colour. It is also made from organic bamboo silk which is naturally hypoallergenic and anti-bacterial. This is not something you would get for £3.99 and we are sorry that you feel that way. We are sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and we will be in touch shortly by email. Kind regards, Ginny.

“Emailed on 3rd Jan to start a return as instructions on website, received an automatic reply to say ‘back in office on 4th and would reply to emails then’ I sent a follow up email on 6th and I’ve still not had a reply - don’t like leaving poor reviews but very poor customer service from what seems like a nice company. Still need to return the item and have no idea how too!”

“Order tracking function doesn't work, no response to message submitted via the contact us webform. I accept that it's not all Wearth's fault but there needs to be a better vetting process for retailers/merchants selling on the site and an obvious escalation point that is answerable.”

“All well and good to claim to be sustainable and ethical but it doesn't really wash if you then use hyper exploited Hermes couriers to deliver your products. What good is offsetting the carbon footprint of a delivery if the drivers can't afford to live?”

“Awful company to deal with, once they have your money then it's downhill. The customer service is pitiful, they only answer if you take your complaint to social media and even then it's dragged out. Keep away from this company.”
