Earrings took weeks to arrive, were then too thick to use and no response received when advice requested :(

great selection and range of products. But i have switched to another eco shop after a few shoppings with Wearth London due to the slow and expensive delivery. Also not happy with the experience of buying a product with my GBP28 off reward coupon but then later found that on the official website of that product it was on big sale so i would have just need to pay the same amount if i did not use that coupon but buy from the official website. A waste of the reward and make it not attractive.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear this. I see that you placed your order for some perfume by Haoma on 28th November and that it was delivered by Evri on 2nd December and shipping was free, so I'm not sure why you mention slow delivery and expensive shipping? The reward code actually gave you £14.00 off and you paid only £28.20 for the order and the retail price is £45.00 -https://www.wearthlondon.com/organic-perfume?showHidden=true so I'm not sure where you saw that it cost less than this? 4 weeks later and still no sign of the piece I ordered! Customer service is looking into this however they take 2-3 days to reply so am still waiting. Hopefully I will love the item I receive soon but my experience so far hasn’t been the best!

I have no problems with wealth as a company but some of the products I purchased were unbelievably bad, and very expensive at that. The ‘vegan deodorant’ that I purchased in the scent fresh cedar smells absolutely vile. Other than that I feel it would be a good deoderant but even opening the stick I do not want to get a whiff( I feel as though a different scent would be good but ‘fresh cedar’ needs changing . The shampoo I bought (Jojo shampoo bar) is terrible, it’s like it dosent wash out and leaves a waxy residue on your hair and scalp making it look like you have not washed your hair.

Hi Sophie, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with some of your purchases. I would like to point out that this in fact a product review, but it is under the company review section and therefore counts against our company customer service. We are an online marketplace with over 250 UK brands and it does really at the end of the day come down to personal taste and not all the products will suit everyone's sense of smell or taste. I'm sorry to hear about the shampoo. I will definitely pass this on to the brand for comment. The 2 items you have mentioned are on 2 separate orders placed at different times and are by 2 different brands. Unfortunately, shopping online means that you can't try before you buy. I can only pass on your comments to each brand and see if they have any feedback to give. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for toiletries once opened. The insulated flask and glasses I ordered x 2 arrived in a box all separately packed (poorly packed I add) . Obviously not a set. Had anticipated 2 boxed items. Very poor. Have repacked them and printed the blurb off the website to include with these gifts. Now nicely packaged items. Won’t be using this company again.

I received the order with a few issues. The Washing up liquid lid arrived broken so some of the washing up liquid leaked. And out of the two amber glass bottle one of the pump doesn't work which makes it completely useless. I had no issues with previous orders though.

Ordered a few products as gifts. They arrived quite late and all separately (which I understood would happen as they were from different brands within Wearth) Two were fine- a t-shirt and some vegan brownies. However, I ordered a glass tea infuser water bottle for him. It arrived in excessive plastic packaging. He loved the bottle and was using it at work every day, but at one point tapped the glass while moving his computer mouse, and it smashed :(

I have emailed you as follows - Regarding the items arriving quite late, I see that they all state 3-5 working days delivery time on the product listing and that you placed your order on 2nd August and the items were dispatched on the following dates - Wakecup 1 x x Glass Tea Infuser - 8th August (shipped within 4 working days) Heiko Clothing - 1 x Tofu Time Organic T-Shirt - 7th August (shipped within 4 working days) Cake Or Death - 1 x Salted Caramel Brownies - 3rd August (shipped within 1 working day & received on 5th August according to the tracking within 3 working days - so this item was on time). We are very sorry that 2 out of 3 brands arrived later than the 3-5 working days delivery time stated. I emailed to customer service about the dirty patch on the bag that I received, but nobody replied to me for more than a week. I was waiting for my order for 2 weeks just to receive a damaged item. I don’t think I will be ordering anything else from you guys with this level of service.

The level of service that I received was low, I placed 2 orders at the same time and the first one came to my flat as normal, but the second one was delayed 3 weeks, the reason that they said to me was that my flat's info was wrong and I didn't live there ( in my flat). Obviously, I'm still living in this flat and I received the first order. Thus I'm not happy at all with the services.

Hi Konstantinos, thank you for your feedback. As we mentioned in our email exchange, Royal Mail returned the parcel to sender, because they were informed that you no longer lived at that address. This was not the fault of the brand and they were happy to send out a replacement once the item was received back with them, but you were going away and it wouldn't have got to you in time, so we had to issue you with a refund instead. I purchased a salt candle and Himalayan salt rub for my wife for our 8th Wedding Anniversary (UK Salt) although the items are lovely and as advertised my issue is with the company. I couldn’t track the order, no response to emails on the contact us tabs. Poor communication Slight damage to product on arrival and small spillage/waste of scrub. A little disappointing especially as was a gift

I see that you sent us an email regarding this and my colleague Alfie responded within 2 working days (our response time is currently 2-3 working days) and he asked you to send a photo of the damaged item, which you did on Tuesday and I responded to that this evening and have forwarded it on to the brand and asked them if they can supply either a replacement or a refund. May I ask which would you prefer? Furthermore, there was no tracking provided by the brand. We are also sorry you couldn't track the order. Order took a few weeks to arrive and I had to chase a couple of times to see when it was going to be delivered. Package also arrived in a very poor state, thankfully nothing was damaged.

We are very sorry for the delay in dispatch, this was due to the blue cups not being available and we emailed you to ask if you would mind swapping to a different colour. The £7.80 shipping on the order was refunded as a token of apology. I see that there was also some confusion because the Hermes tracking showed the item to be delivered 2 days before it actually was. We sincerely apologise for the confusion, although this was a fault with Hermes rather than with the brand. We are also sorry to hear that the packaging was not substantial and we have passed on this feedback to the brand. We are glad to hear that nothing was damaged thankfully. Some Items advertised as made in England. They are made in China. Wearth company has been informed of topic but no change to advertisement. Very poor! Not supporting the uk or the environment.

Placed an order on the 10th, it was dispatched on the 14th, come Christmas eve its still not arrived. Contacted Wearth at the beginning of the week and they said they would look into it and I've not heard anything since. Disappointing.
