I really liked the products and they were delivered very quickly. However, it's not possible to pre-order because the it says that they are not taking any orders?

Wearth themselves are fine, but some of those who sell their products through them have poor customer service standards. So, choose wisely.

Hi there, The ceramic compost vessel is absolutely beautiful. We love it! We didnt receive the toothbrushes that we ordered however, and this was a little bit dissapointing.

Easy online order process. Product well packaged however product did not live up to expectations. Very small and not worth the price.

As a company aiming to reduce its impact on the environment, I was surprised that my 3 small items came separately. It would be useful if this was made clear so that one could order items coming from the same manufacturer.

Nice website, but earrings in reality smaller than seemed in the photo. Have been receiving tons of email and messages from your website since my purchase. A bit too much and annoying to be honest.

We don't appear to have received any emails from you regarding this and there is also a photo of the item on a model showing the size perspective on the ear lobe. It does state the size of the earrings on the product listing https://www.wearthlondon.com/recycled-gold-circle-stud-earrings?showHidden=true - 'Size - Approximately 11mm Length, earring post. Approx. 8mm diameter.' If the earrings you have received are not this size, please do let us know and we can contact the brand, but I'm afraid that we can't accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. I ordered the aloe vera cleanser and whilst the glass bottle is most welcome it’s just not practical to get all the solution out of it without a pump dispenser. Disappointed ☹️

I made 2 orders in quick succession (as forgot something) and so emailed to see if they could be sent together under a single delivery and single charge - but I never heard back. And the items arrived a bit battered. However, am very pleased with products - thank you

Hi Emma, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't hear back from us. I've tried searching your email and I can't seem to locate it, so it looks like we didn't receive it. I see that you ordered 2 x Mysa items on 2 different orders, so I presume you were wanting these to be sent together, as the other items are all from different brands and would be sent separately. The £3.50 delivery charges would still have applied, as you ordered other items on each order. I'm sorry to hear that the items arrived a bit battered. Unfortunately the gift ordered for my friend’s birthday, did not arrive in time, despite having ordered it in plenty (I felt) of time, (over a week ) a standard email was sent to me saying there would be a delay, and a list of rather inexplicable excuses.. had I known that there were problems, I wouldn’t have ordered as a birthday present.

Was concerned about the size of the packaging for such a small item. It should be possible to have less packaging and cheaper postage.

On the product listing it states- 'Delivery Packaging - Cardboard box, tissue or kraft paper for padding and eco tape.' May I ask how large the box was and I can take this up with the brand? Refund received 2 Sept after a problem with the original item ordered which was placed 18 Aug so took a while to resolve. A new order was placed on the same day, 2 Sept, but not received until 15 Sept. Although the candle is nice the deliveries are too slow for me - 13 days! I wouldn't want to rely on items arriving on time for gifts.

Great range of products available. Delivery took a lot longer than stated and no email update sent with info about delay, despatch date etc. No quick way to make contact with company, only online form which states response will take 2-3 working days. Just felt I could have been kept better informed.

Hi Chloe, thank you for your feedback. It states the delivery time on each product listing (generally it's 3-5 working days, but it depends on the item ordered). In this case, it should have reached you within '3-5 working days delivery time' - https://www.wearthlondon.com/indigo-insulated-bottle-550ml?showHidden=true so I'm sorry that the item arrived beyond the quoted timeframe. It looks like the brand FOSH took 7 days to dispatch the item, so I have emailed them to ask why there was a delay in dispatch. I'm afraid that the brand didn't inform us that there is a delay and that is why you weren't notified. We sincerely apologise for this. We are an online marketplace only and don't operate a phone service and we are only a small team and it can take 2-3 working days for a reply I'm afraid. Great mop, well made, and delivered well packaged in sustainable packaging. I was disappointed with the cloth though, it is too small and not fit for purpose. I will keep it for other jobs around the house but will have to get a larger cloth to use with the mop.

Hi Karen, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the delay in our reply to your email which I am responding to now. You emailed us on Thursday 2nd June which was a bank holiday. The Wearth offices were closed then for the bank holiday and we returned to work yesterday. We aim to respond to customer queries within 2-3 working days and today is the 2nd working day. We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. We have contacted the brand Fill for an update, as the order was dispatched 3 working days after you placed it. This was a gift for a friend which I had it sent direct to her so I can't comment on the lamp. However, it took over 10 days to arrine. Unfortunately, there was no communication to say it had been dispatched so after 8 days I tried to contact which took another few days (no phone number available). It would be really helpful and save a lot of palava if company could notify when an order is dispatched and perhaps give tracking details. After all I paid for postage.

I see that it does state 3-5 working days delivery time on the product listing, however, if the item is sent via Standard post, it can be subject to Royal Mail delays. I can see that the item was shipped on the 4th working day after the order was placed. An automated confirmation email is sent when the brand marks the item as shipped on the system. The order does state it was shipped, so the email would have been sent, but perhaps it ended up in your junk mail folder? I'm afraid that we don't operate a telephone service and we are online only.
