“A decent range of planet friendly goods and easy to order - that's the good part. The despatch confirmation is sadly lacking - almost everyone now gives a date of delivery so I was surprised not to see one, especially given how much I'd spent. Checking the FAQs, an approximate length of time delivery takes is at the bottom of each item in the shop. My items were "5-7 days" which expired today - but I was asked to leave a review, so this is a review of my experience I would probably use them again (assuming my order turns up when I'm here to take delivery - whenever that will be) but not giving a delivery date nowadays is not really helpful.”

“Ordered 2 separate items. First arrived with no issues but the second was lost in the post. A replacement was sent out but that still hasn't arrived. Experience has been mixed so far though that appears due to the postal service rather than Wearth themselves.”

“I bought an item two years ago, and you're asking for feedback now. I loved what I got, but you didn't ship outside of the UK (not sure if that is still the case) so I had to order to family and have them ship to me.”

Hi Geraldine, thank you for your feedback. Apparently there was an issue which triggered these request to review emails in connection with our new website which we are currently building. We did not mean to send you this review request, as they are only meant for recent customers. We still currently only ship within mainland UK I'm afraid. We work with 250+ UK brands. Sorry to disappoint you.

“Wearth seem to be asking me to review a product i bought in 2019. I couldnt even remember using the company, so to be honest being bombarded with emails is annoying. Im sure the product was fine, and presume it arrived some time ago..”

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that one of your items took a long time to arrive. I am happy to investigate this further if you can kindly provide your order number? It really depends on what you order as to what the lead time is. If an item is sent by Standard post, then it is usually 3-5 working days. Unfortunately sometimes parcels can be subject to delays, due to Royal Mail being short staffed due to having to self isolate, for example. We sincerely apologise for the delay. Kind regards, Ginny.

“V. Pleased with Wearth London. Quick delivery reasonable prices. Sadly, review lowered by the product, the White Teeth Box interdental sticks. So want to find a non plastic version of these but the wooden ones all suck and sadly these are no exception. The brush wire is not strong enough so it becomes kinked and unuseable after a couple uses, or the wire just rotates around and around. The brushes sometimes just strips off from the wire. Not good enough.”

“Wearth replied to my following review very promptly stating that my order is a preorder and expected to arrive in September therefore why it's on sale and it does state this on the website. This is why I have changed my review but still disappointed that it's such a wait for a toothbrush. - - - - - I never received my order which I placed on the 18th May 2020. I put the delay down to covid but the order is still not here and it's now the 26/07/20. I never received an order confirmation at the time so have no order number but the transaction is on my PayPal account and the money was taken.”

Thank you for your review Niamh. The product that you ordered is pre-order only with delivery in September, it states this in the description and it is the reason why there is 50% off. We have emailed you to see if you would like to cancel the order. “I love the company and the ideas, sadly the product i bought, whilst a fab idea, didn't really work. I bought a shower puff but it does not produce bubbles with shower gel and when holding it screws up into a ball and is too firm and very difficult to wash with. Its recommended that soap bars are better but i dont like them. Ordering was easy, packaging was recyclable and delivery was quick.”

“It is a lovely concept and store but the product I bought wasn't great. I wanted eco toothfloss but it was stringy, got caught in my teeth, and was really rough on my gums. It's probably twice the price of normal dental floss which I don't mind for eco and good packaging design (which it has) but it doesn't work unfortunately.”
