I like the products but customer service is very long winded as Wearth are a third party company and not the direct sellers of the products.

Hi Helen. Thank you for your feedback. We do state on every product listing 'Please note if you order from more than one brand expect to receive separate delivery packages' and we state here - https://www.wearthlondon.com/delivery-information/ that 'we are a marketplace, if you are ordering from multiple brands please expect to receive the delivery packages separately.' Regarding your particular query, Royal Mail tracking showed an item to be delivered to you when you hadn't received it, so we liaised with the brand and they sent out a replacement to you. The item was lovely but I found the packaging really disappointing. I picked your company for the ethos behind it and the name wasn’t on any of the packaging to let the person know. It’s a shame as it is all lovely

Hi Jemma, thank you for your feedback and for placing your order with Wearth. As we are an online marketplace, it is the brand who sends out the item and also uses their own packaging. I see from the product listing under 'Delivery' that Hummingbird Hawkmoth use - 'Cardboard postal box or jiffy green mailing envelope'. I have asked them why their brand name isn't on the packaging and I will send you an email regarding that. As for Wearth, we no longer supply the brands with Wearth stickers. We are looking to send out stamps and ink pads to the brands, due to it being more sustainable, but this has not been implemented as yet. This shop isn’t for me I am afraid. Service is slow, some products are overpriced for what they are. The order is shipped from different places. If only half of your order arrives they don’t refund postage fee. Part of my order was cancelled due to price error on the site, so when I reordered I had to pay postage fee again. Customer service did give me £5 account credit as a good will gesture, but I can’t call it good will gesture, it is my money back for paying extra postage and lost first order discount. Lots of hassle. I purchased as a guest customer and they asked me to create an account that I didn’t want to create just to receive a refund. I won’t order again.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. I believe that in this case the item was sent via a Royal Mail tracked service which showed it to have been delivered to your address, when in fact you have informed us that it wasn't delivered. We did email you to ask whether you would accept a credit note for the full amount of the order and you accepted this, as unfortunately the brands are unable to claim back from Royal Mail when items are showing as 'delivered' via the tracking information. One of the packages came with packaging that was made from polystyrene.. not the reason I choose your company!

Hi Nicola, thank you for your feedback. All of our brands use ethical packaging. May I ask which brand it was, as Flawless use - 'Delivery Packaging - Eco-friendly cardboard box which is fully recyclable, Paper tape and/or potato starch mailing bags including packing peanuts which are made from cornstarch.' I was under the impression, with delivery being stated as 2-3 days, that I was buying directly from you and good would ship from you however after having to chase (as my order still hadn’t dispatched after 3 days) it appears you are an agent and have no physical stock as I was told I would get an update as you got an update from the brand. My order took 8 days to arrive and although my shipping fee was refunded as a gesture of goodwill, I don’t think I’d shop with you again.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you experienced a delay with your item It states 3-5 working days delivery time on the item you ordered and not 2-3 days. However, we are very sorry that the item took a lot longer to dispatch by the brand than stated. Looking at the correspondence, the brand did not provide a reason for the delay in dispatch, however, we did recently move to a new system which we share with the brands and this brand was having connectivity issues to it. They asked us to issue a refund the postage cost which we did, as a token of apology. We are sorry for the less than perfect service you received and I have issued you with some Wearth store credit as a further token of apology. I will also send an email. I bought the family pack of cakes for my granddaughter's twelfth birthday, but I was very disappointed. They were beautifully decorated, but looked quite flat, not really well-risen. The flavour was very bland in most of the cakes. This was the opinion seven of the relatives, who had been at the birthday meal. I did not ask my granddaughter or her parents, because I did not want to spoil the meal for them. I waited until they had left before asking anyone's opinion. I certainly expected much better for the high cost of these cakes.

Most of the products were of good quality, however one reel of tape was considerably smaller than the other three. I contacted Wearth and have heard nothing.

This is a fabulous range of products, excellent for people who want to make more sustainable choices. I was really glad to find it, as there are lots of organic and plastic-free alternatives. The website is great and the filtering system good. But, I was promised 5% off which didn't happen at checkout as promised. And there was no way of including a gift message with my purchase, or any gift options in fact. Then the two items I'd ordered as a gift were delivered separately, very late (in fact one has not yet even arrived), despite my ordering in good time for my friend's birthday.

Recyclable toothbrush heads delivered promptly. Look good but are supplied with plastic covers. I have tried to find out if these are recyclable but no response via email or Facebook.
