So... I have received 2 emails asking me to review my recent products. I have never purchased anything from this Company in my life!!

I really wanted to became a happy regular customer but I will not use again after my first and last order. It was a gift for my mum. One item arrived late and the other didn’t arrive at all.

Hi Eleanor, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that 1 item arrived late and the other didn't arrive at all. May I ask if you received a refund for the missing item at the time? I see that your order dates back to March 2020. As we have since moved on to a new system, I am unable to view the old email exchanges from that time. I’ve ordered a few times and both times got the wrong order. First time I was sent the wrong soap- struggled to get a return address for the company that sent etc. Second time there was over a two month delay with my order despite me chasing! I’m baffled they keep emailing me for a review!

I've searched under your name and I can find one order which is under your name if you live in Frome, order 23509 from February 2020 for Reusable Bamboo Makeup Pads? Hi Daniel, I'm afraid that customers who placed orders with us several years ago were sent invitations to review the service and products ordered in error whilst work was taking place on our up and coming new website. We sincerely apologise for this intrusion. You did place an order 19976 with us in December 2019 for a Black Insulated Canteen Water Bottle - 2L. I ordered a flask as a gift, it took over two weeks for it to arrive and that was after I’d had to leave more than one message to find out where it was!!! Then when it did arrive the basket was missing out of it so I complained again and another two weeks later I’m still waiting for the part to arrive!!! I think your customer service is dreadful and under no circumstances will I ever recommend your products or especially your service!

I ordered some items for a work event that never arrived despite me contacting customer service and being assured that they would. In the end I had to get a full refund and buy from another provider. Very disappointing.

I ordered my bowl and spoon nearly 3 months ago and still have not received it. I emailed the company and asked to send me a new one which they told me they did, however, a month later I still have not received it. Useless customer service, very disappointing!

There has been lots of difficultly with stock for the coconut bowl and spoons due to the Coronavirus outbreak but this does not excuse the poor customer service. I placed an order for a gift on the 1st June. 10 days late I emailed to ask why it never arrived. I was told it wasn't even posted. Then I asked if they are going to offer a discount for the delay otherwise can they please cancel it. No one replied to that email so I commented on a photo on instagram and they DM'ed me straight away. Its now the 15th June and gift still not posted - No one emailed me to let me know my gift was being delayed, I've had to chase every email and ask for a discount finally resort to social media to get a response. They offered 20% discount in the end which is insulting considering its going to arrive 20 days later and I've had to email and message over and over to get a response. Terrible customer service.
