“I really wanted to became a happy regular customer but I will not use again after my first and last order. It was a gift for my mum. One item arrived late and the other didn’t arrive at all.”

Hi Eleanor, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that 1 item arrived late and the other didn't arrive at all. May I ask if you received a refund for the missing item at the time? I see that your order dates back to March 2020. As we have since moved on to a new system, I am unable to view the old email exchanges from that time. Review invitations were sent out in error to past customers from a long time ago whilst we were working on our new website. We sincerely apologise for disturbing you. Kind regards, Ginny.
