“The drop off went well. The pick up was a little slow. We waited for 30mins as opposed to the 15-20 promised. After a 2nd follow up phone call, the operator said they had initially sent the wrong car. All was well in the end and the handback of the car was quick. For the money, I'd recommend this as a service.”

“We were met by the same driver on both of our outbound and return legs which was great. Some initial confusion when we first contacted the team to advise our ETA on the outbound leg from Heathrow but this was quickly resolved. Driver was a really nice guy and very helpful with directions, luggage etc.”

“very friendly helpful staff, our return flight was cancelled which meant we would be picking up our car a day late and from a different terminal at Heathrow but all of this was dealt with without and hassle, thank you”
