Surprisingly fast service and delivery to Hawaii. Almost quicker than driving to my local bike shop.... Actually it is quicker because our local shop would need to special order what you guys carry in stock. Thank you so much for such great service!

I ordered one color and website indicated it would be in stock, but I got a phone call back immediately identifying the issue. I got an apology and ideas to fix the problem. We just got it yesterday (I got it for my wife) and my wife is THRILLED with it. I was so impressed with the quality of the product. I will probably order one for me.

"Bike seems to be well made and my 4 year old son loves it. Easy to assemble. Customer service/communication was good. Takes a couple of days after placing order for it to ship because they inspect the bike, so account for that and add a day or two if you need the bike by a certain date.

Hi Brian, Your feedback on the bike was received, thank you for taking the time to provide it. We wanted to reach out to you and apologize for the late delivery, and especially for the bike missing your birthday event. This is a huge bummer for us as well. We are usually in the habit of under-promising, but then over-performing whenever possible. Please note: the 2-6 day estimate refers to actual transit time, after dispatch. We require 1-2 days for your bike to get through the queue for bench prep before shipment. Illinois requires a four day transit time from San Diego. (We are very far away from Illinois) As correctly indicated, the bike was ordered on Thursday August 24th, but after close of business, so it is really considered to be ordered on the next business day: Friday August 25th. Free shipping was selected instead of paid ground service (this enhances the handling time and provides same day shipping, per our shipping terms) therefore the bike is promised for dispatch in 1-2 business days. It would normally ship out the following Monday or Tuesday. Your bike was shipped out on Tuesday 8/29 and SHOULD have reached you by Saturday. We cannot account for why it was not delivered until Wednesday 9/6 but part of the reason is the Labor Day weekend- Monday was a holiday. It might also be possible that the whole Fedex system was under load due to issues with Hurricane Harvey, as some "alerts" were received from Fedex warning us that a lot of our shipments were potentially running 1-2 days late, whether in the path of the storm or not. Anyway, for these reasons we are sorry that the shipment was not more timely and successful for your birthday party. If there is anything we can do to give you a reason to change your review to 5 stars and modify the wording so that it doesn't sound like we're in the habit of taking our time with things, we would really appreciate it. Our dedication to providing a perfect bike is sometimes our own downfall. Most brands just send you a box without opening, inspecting or prepping the contents. If we did this, every order would ship same day! We have these premium seat clamps that look very good on the Scoot, in six colors. We would like to mail one out to you, along with a couple of spare inner tubes. On us. Thanks so much for choosing WeeBikeShop. We hope to make your buying decision a five star experience. The balance bike arrived on time and I assembled it right away. The brakes pads rubbed slightly on the back rim so I had to adjust the brake cable to free the pads for a good roll. I ordered the quick release clamp but found it did not fit well with the seat in the lowest setting. I replaced this clamp with the original hex key operated clamp. The hex key makes an easy adjustment for the seat, brake lever and handle bars. Another provided wrench handles the wheel nuts. I will switch to the quick release clamp when my granddaughter gets a little bigger. Overall good experience with two minor issues.

The descriptions were great, the ordering process simple, the shipment on time and as advertised. I sent a note to customer service indicating the purchase was a gift and they were happy to attach my proposed note so the recipient knew from whom it had come.

My experience with WeeBikeShop could not have been better. I was purchasing my son's first balance bike for his birthday, and as per usual I was doing so at the last possible minute. Given my son's height I had many questions about the bike's fit and whether or not it could be delivered in time for his birthday. I called WeeBikeShop's customer service line on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted by an extremely helpful gentleman. He assisted me with paying the nominal fee to expedite the delivery and walked me through the features of the bike. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about fitting a balance bike to a large toddler and eased by concerns about the investment. I'll highly recommend WeeBikeShop. After all, in business you aren't selling a product, you're selling service. Cheers,

Great service, fast shipping. Love the bike. The only thing, is that the bike in the picture looked royal blue, and once it got here is more towards the turquoise blue... wish I've got the red one instead
