Broadband speed download and upload is good. Customer service and advice not so good. WiFi range wasn't as good as previous provider with two rooms with no signal. Called Wessex and they said they could look at boosting the signal from the installed WiFi beacon - why not just do this at initial install?? Was originally advised that me current home phone would not work on Wessex and to get a VoIP compatible phone. I did this pre switch over so I was ready and had no break in service, at a cost of £70 for a new phone. When switch over day came, the new phone didn't work. Called Wessex to be told that I shouldn't have been advised to buy a VoIP phone as would not work and also that my current phone would not work. I ignored this, plugged my old phone in, and hey presto, it works fine...a lot of messing around and wrong advice for something that should have been straight forward.

At last, about eighteen months late, we have Wessex Internet. The installation was straightforward and it does what it says on the tin. Great, steady speeds that are what was promised. What’s not to like.

I am basically happy with the full fibre, the connection on my PC is a little slow but I think that is the age etc of the PC not the full fibre!

Wessex Internet have been absolutely brilliant in installing and running our fibre broadband service. Their helpline was very helpful when we had to install a different router to the one they provided and they worked with our engineer to make it happen smoothly and quickly. The installation of the cable was very easy - they listened to our issues and acted accordingly. I would recomend them to anyone thinking of going full fibre broadband.

Great Speeds and good WiFi, only had the fibre for about a month and all has been good since installation. Engineer that set us up was very helpful too as are the staff when phoned.

Fabulous speed and coverage throughout our old house. We have several mobile and gaming devices and even when all uses at the same time, the connection and speed is amazing. Very very happy we chose Wessex Internet

TBH I'm not really impressed. We had a number of delays and missed appointments. We eventually get it set-up and were getting 10% of the promised speed. I'm quite technical so did some troubleshooting and showed them a resolution. The installer only gave me half of the router package. No progress so I spent £100+ getting the other half and it fixed my speed. They still weren't able to provide the actual speed we paid for so reduced my package, but didn't refund for the equipment, mis-sold package, etc. They said they would come back to me but never did. The connection is proving to be unreliable too. It frequently goes down in the evening, typically only for 5-10 minutes, but when I'm on a video call or streaming that's a huge issue.
