For the most part this is great. However, we have had our service drop out from time to time and at least twice for a significant period of days which is not good when running a business. Their biggest issue, for us, is customer service as it was difficult to get them to accept we did have a problem each time. Finally, however, they did and its has now been resolved, we hope.

Just wish it was slightly cheaper as when the grandchildren come to stay we have to pay more as they accede our limit.

Never give more than 4 stars. I don't think Gibson Fleming rated us any higher when we supplied veterinary services to Hanford!!!

The only reason I have not given a 5* very good rating is that we get, quite frequent, short link dropouts. Usually for just a few minutes but, obviously, just when one wishes to use the internet.

Such a pleasing contrast to BT...you can actually speak to those who get things done and when dates need to change, a call from Wessex to explain matters and a visit from an engineer was impressive. Impressed so far.

very good and quick customer service, especially when my internet went down. Didn't give a 'very good' because my internet connection has being going in and out, but not too drastically. I feel I am in safe hands.....

Sometimes if I have the Wi-Fi on for a while it comes up with an explainantion mark on the device.(phone or tablet) So you need to 're connect. Other than that more than happy with the service.

I would have given you a Very Good, except that intermittently over the past year in Stoke Trister - generally in the evenings which is when we watch films on TV . - we have been getting annoying No Reception breaks which last for a few seconds before self-correcting, and then randomly occurring again. Mainly when watching Poldark or Versailles!!! No discernible outside causes such as wind blowing trees or heavy rain, though maybe that could happen at the Cucklington end which is where our signal is bounced off, or even back on the Stoke Trister hill where the originating mast was set up. I should have contacted you earlier about this.

The product is great, we've now got Fibre to the home. Our broadband download speed leaped from 1mbps (on a good day) to an average of 80 to 100! All staff (in the office and the installation engineers) are courteous and helpful. It's great to be able to speak to the same person without going through the call centre environment. It's more expensive (double the cost) than our previous supplier, but the speed improvement alone makes it worth while.
