“I cannot believe the swift service from Westbrook. Ordered in the morning, delivered before 9am the next day! Thanks... Onto the bike: so light weight it unbelievable, just the right size for me (but I did get pre-sized by a professional at VeloMotion). Being carbon, it's made hill climbing a breeze. Overall, really pleased...and that price:)”

“I recently broke my zip on my overshoes. My own fault. Couldn't find them anywhere apart from Westbrook. Ordering was easy and they came very quickly. Communication was great and couldn't ask for anymore. Will be using again. Thank you Jonathan”

“Great customer service from Westbrook Cycles. Found the store from google when looking for a new chainset. They answered quickly to email and were friendly on the phone when I called to verify product information and shipping options. The only thing they lack is an express shipping method. When ordering something expensive I like to use a 24h courier service like DHL or UPS express. It's a nasty waiting time between having already paid and not having the goods yet. But overall a great shopping experience.”
