“I've had Scott bikes for many years including my first full carbon Scale to the more meaty Genius. The Spark 720 is a fantastic combination of speed and off road capability. The bike is light, fast and comfortable. The service from Westbrook was first class - fast and reliable delivery with timed slots and updates. The bike arrived in perfect condition. All I had to do was rotate the stem 180 degrees, fit the bars to it, put the front wheel on and put on my pedals. It was muddy within an hour of the box arriving!! I've since ridden it a few hundred miles on dry dusty trails and bridle ways. It has been faultless so far! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Westbrook Cycles again.”

“Phoned the shop with a few questions before placing an order on-line. Ordered mid-afternoon Tues and the bike had been despatched by Weds morning. I was going to be at work when the delivery was scheduled, but the courier let me arrange to collect from their depot Thurs afternoon without having to attempt a delivery first. Great service from everyone involved - thanks! Oh - and the bike's great too!”

“Very impressed with the bike; it's fast and light, looks good and has a solid spec. But equally impressed by the service I got from Westbrook. They were recommended to me by a friend, and sure enough they were very competitive with the price of the bike and their service was great. I called them on Friday lunchtime to ask about possibly placing an order and whether they'd be able to fit a different ration cassette. I then place the order online shortly after, and the bike was delivered to my door within 24hrs. Excellent, and highly recommended.”
