“Bought this jacket for my dad for Xmas - this was by far the cheapest I found it for and delivery was speedy, my dad loves it and worked out £50 cheaper than in my ocal bike shop :-) very happy x”

“First of all, hats off to Westbrook Cycles for handling this one fantastically well. I have honestly NEVER had such terrific customer service. The 2014 was actually out of stock when I placed my order. Westbrook offered a refund, an alternative 2014 bike or, if I was prepared to wait, the 2015 bike at the same price. I went for the wait and get the 2015 bike option, waited about 7 weeks and when the bike arrived it had th wrong tyres fitted. I mentioned this and they immediately sent me a set of the correct tyres and told me I could keep the others as a spare set. So I got about £2800 worth of bike for about £1000 less than it would normally have been, and they were very friendly and helpful at all times, despite the big hit they must have taken on this sale. One VERY happy customer indeed; I will be back!”

“Purchased a Giant Propel Advanced Pro 1 frameset from Westbrook cycles. I used the ‘Price Promise’ after finding a cheaper online seller. Calvin responded within 10 minutes and reduced the list price by 15%. Frame was dispatched the next working day using Interlink, who offer real-time tracking so you know exactly when the delivery will be made. Outstanding customer service and a great price to match. Would recommend Westbrook Cycles to anyone.”

“I Ordered a Scott 750 and after a few days I asked them where it was. Well they had sent a message on my junk mail email and so I didn't pick it up. They said that there wasn't any left and that I could get a refund or a choice of one of two bikes... Both bikes were better quality then the first one. Top notch service and I am very please with how helpfull they were. I would recommend this company to anyone!!!”

“I purchased a Cannondale F29 4 from them in September 2014 and had it delivered to Paris. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the bike turned up well packaged and in great condition. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another bike from them in the future.”

“I ordered a very nice Cannondale at a great price from Westbrook. It came within a few days and arrived within the specified delivery time. It was great to see that the bike had been well pakced and was set up nicely; all I had to do was insert the seat post and align the handlebars. All the staff I spoke with (Mark, Calvin, Tom & Paul) were all exceptionally helpful and provided a first class service. Great pricing & great service....what's not to like? I will certainly be shopping there again and would happily recommend them to anyone. AK”

“I've used Westbrook twice in the last 2 month's and although I haven't spent that much money there (1st a low end cannondale and 2nd a pair of tyres and peddles),I found them very helpful, with good advise.they didn't try to sell me anything I didnt need and gave discount. Wish I'd started using them years ago.I would certainly recommend them to anyone. A big 5 stars from me”

“Rear mech hanger for a Trek Madone. Came within a day or so. The hanger was fine, only donwside was that it didn't have any bolts/screws to attach to the frame. Emailed to check but didn't hear back so phoned and apparently rear mech hangers don't come with the bolts/screws anymore.”

“Overall an average experience, slow dispatch from hope, thus leading to a slow dispatch from Westbrook, when my wheels arrived they had been supplied with the wrong adapters, I phoned to get new ones which still haven't arrived.”
