“Excellent service from Westbrook. Unfortunately for them, they were let down by their delivery method, the courier, who tried to deliver to the wrong address. A nice touch that they sent me a photo of the front door that they tried to deliver to, which wasn't my house! Upon receipt of the item, unfortunately I had to send it back, but only to get a different size, my fault on ordering, not Westbrook's. The service and communication I received throughout the return process was excellent. Thank you.”

“Not many miles on them yet not to heavy but you can definitely feel them cutting through the air, good increase in speed very happy with them, slight noise from rear when the power is increased maybe the bearing not sure yet”

“Used Westbrook Cycles to purchase a set of Mavic Cosmic Carbone SLS wheels. At the time Westbrook were offering the best price and also included free delivery. Wheels were ordered Friday morning and delivered Monday morning to me in Northern Ireland (great service!) For anyone interested I was using my 10 speed Ultegra cassette on my new wheels and had seen a lot of queries over spacers as the cosmics can take 11 speed cassettes. The Shimano spec'd wheels come with one spacer. I needed to use this along with the spacer which was originally on my Mavic Aksium wheels. It was a very simple change over as long as you have the correct tools. In short - Westbrook very good and would use again without doubt.”

“I called Westbrook cycles about a broken seat clamp, they were very helpful and knowledgeable ! I ordered the part on line easy with PayPal and it arrived the next day!! Life savers the only stockist in th uk who had this part!! Highly recommend - thanks sharon x”
