“I am still not sure why the original strap broke, it was not subject to any crash or similar, however I initially thought that was the end of my helmet. The replacement strap was pleasing to find, and simple to fit.”

“Excellent service. My cycle helmet was exactly as described, better in fact! And delivery was so quick, with communication all the way. I will purchase from Westbrook Cycles in the future, and would recommend others do so too, with the knowledge that they will get a tip-top service. 1st May 2014.”

“Excellent service. Ordered the bike on line and it arrived on the agreed date. Bike was very well packaged and prepped. All extras had been included with the bike as agreed over the phone and price matched against local dealers who unfortunately never had the bike in stock. Based on this experience I would definitely purchase from Westbrook Cycles again.”
