“It's been a while since I've bought a bike (6 years). I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and professionally the bike was delivered. Additionally, the flexibility of the delivery date was excellent (they initially wanted to deliver the bike the following day, however, I had to postpone the delivery date by a day). An excellent service throughout :)”

“Fantastic service and a very speedy next day delivery...for FREE?!!?! Sidi shoes I bought were the best price I could find anywhere and they are perfect. Excellent shop and website and I would use them again and recommend to anyone, and I shop online a lot. Very reliable and trustworthy.”

“Excellent service. I ordered a size too small. A quick call to the shop and next size up was dispatched and arrived next day. Really helpful and personal service so would definitely use again as you don't get this with the well known big online cycle websites.”

“Yet again Westbrooks Cycles stock what nobody else does. This time it was replacement pads for my Scott Lin helmet. Sure there are plenty of places that sell those helmets, but none of them think to stock spares for the things they sell. Well done Westbrook's. 10/10 for thinking of the customer.”

“Item not in stock as listed. No alternative offered but refund issued. Bike off the road for another 2 days as had to order elsewhere. Went back to tried and trusted CRC, only tried westbrook as they had the item in stock in red - Only they didn't really... Will not use Westbrook in the future.”
