“Easy ordering process with various payment options all hassle free. Fast delivery. I ordered two pairs of cycling shoes in different sizes to ensure I got the correct fit. Returned the unwanted pair at cost to myself of which I was fully aware of prior to the purchase. Second class £13. I still saved money by the competitive prices Westbrook cycles offered. Refund was given within the week with no hassle. This was the first time I had used Westbrook cycles and was very impressed by the service and will be using again in the near future, highly recommended. The one thing that would enhance the experience would be to offer the free collect+ service.”

“Product arrived promptly and was as described. My only criticism is that I had to pay £3.99 delivery (20% of the cost of the item) for something the size of a match box. It was comically packaged in an oversize A4 envelope, in a jiffy bag and really could have been thrown in an envelope and sent by first class post.”

“Best price by about £40/50, quick and free delivery. Cannot fault the customer service in general. One aspect that may improve the customer service is the use of a service like collect+ or an equivalent for returns.”

“Part arrived in good time. I like the delivery company's system of emailing on the day to tell you within an hour when it's to be delivered. Hope bottom bracket not fitted yet as purchased a spare and not being fitted till Shimano unit packs up. I don't think I'll have long to wait for considering it's only done 500 miles or so and already showing signs of wear at service.”

“Ordered a bike on Thursday evening and arrived on Monday morning (Republic of Ireland) Very happy with the service. Very good value for money and great communication via emails from Westbrook, will definitely be recommending Westbrook Cycles to friends!”
