“I've used Westbrook previously for a CR1 SL frameset, and was impressed with the smooth transaction and knowledgeable and helpful staff. Happy report I had the same experience with this order for a pair of TRP Spyre disc brakes. Responded quickly to a technical query I raised, and posted very quickly using a tracked postal service. Oh, and the best price on the web. Recommended.”

“The order was made lunchtime Apr 2nd using standard delivery (est 2-5 days). By 6pm the same day I received an email advising that my goods were going to be delivered the next day via courier. The goods were tracked and I was able to monitor the courier right up to delivery. An impeccable service matched only by the price I paid for my goods..... Top marks to Westbrook Cycles”

“I had been after this particular helmet in these colours for a while. The Westbrook price was the best I have seen anywhere. I ordered it on the Tuesday and it arrived on the Wednesday, which was brilliant. I was able to track its progress on line and the couriers even gave me a one hour window in which they would deliver and they stuck to it. That is what I call excellent service all round. Well done Westbrook, I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. The POC helmet is great too!”

“Ordered 2 products, but unfortunately one of them was unavailable in the colour I wanted. I was offered an alterantive, but declined. Despite this the service I received was good, as I was kept fully informed, rather than just left to wait, as I was with another cycle shop recently.”

“What a great bunch of people at Westbrook. Having bought a Scott frame and Di2 Groupset online, the order was dispatched quickly. A minor niggle with the delivery was sorted quickly. Where else could you buy bike stuff online, cheaply, and then get really helpful technical advice for free over the phone. Great people, thoroughly recommended!!”
