“Fantastic service. The price of the Scott Frame DI2 11 speed package was amazing enough. I could have been stuck with the 172.5 cranks but no on the same Saturday that I ordered Paul told me he would order 170's for me. I asked if they would press the headset and bottom bracket in. No problem Paul advised the had done it and installed the wires. Great comms, well packaged. What more could I want? Would definitely buy from them again!”

“After receiving my bike, I took it to my local bike shop to be built, they found that Westbrook cycles had sent the wrong battery mount for the frame, so I had to purchase the correct sized one. Also one of the power cables for the gear system was missing, so again I had to purchase this. I do feel that more care should be taken checking orders before they go out for delivery.”

“ordered bike online Saturday evening ,free delivery for Tuesday .parents waited in got text off courier saying no one in arrange another date ,long story short spoke to Paul at westbrook sorted problem ,bike arrived perfectly boxed ,ten minutes later bike was assembled, then out for first ride. excellent service”

“Great prices and very good customer support. Although I had a minor problem with part of an order missing they put in the extra effort and got one out to me on next day delivery. A small gift was thrown in which more than made up for the error. Thanks!”

“I am very satisfied with the order and quality of products. I am living outside of U,K, and I asked for international shipment. I am satisfied with the shipment, I received it in less than a week, but i think the shipment cost is a expensive, especially if the order is small. There should be various shipping methods for international shipments, not just "express" which is the most expensive one. But I as i said - I am very satisfied with the order and will continue shopping again at Westbrook Cycles.”

“Overall a fantastic experience dealing with Westbrook Cycles from purchasing to delivery everything went very well, I was even able to change the delivery date to one that was more convenient and the on the day I was able to track the delivery lorry almost to my front door. I only have a couple of minor niggles, the first was that the bottom bracket had already been fitted to the frame which I had to remove in order to be able to do the internal Di2 cable routing and the second is that the frame is supplied with only 3 grommets to fill the Di2 cabling holes in the frame when there are 4 holes and the supplied grommets do not fit as they are oval and the frame holes are round.”

“Di2 arrived with mismatched firmware between parts, this required additional time and expense to resolve. Spoke with experienced westbrooks workshop engineer who suggested the solution but because needed bike asap for a trip, was forced to pay the nearest di2 firmware updating bike shop which was 90minutes away by car and £30. Spoke with 20-30bikeshops with no success, one of the few able to do it quoting £200 to clean install the firmware! Overall Good price, poor execution. Disappointed to incur additional expense.”
