“Having never dealt with Westbrook Cycles before I can honestly say the service I received was first class. From my initial contact, enquiring about a previous advertised sale price, which they were prepared to honour (although they probably won't thank me for mentioning that : )) my communications and dealings with Paul were excellent. My order was placed at 5pm on Thursday evening and my new wheels were with me (well packaged) on Monday morning, on standard free delivery. Looking forward to the weekend, with the weather forecast on the south coast saying 15 degrees and sunny, to get out there and try them out. Thanks again guys for a first class service from start to finish.”

“Great deal, however I was a little disappointed that everything came OEM boxed separately, and that this wasn't highlighted in the description. I was expecting to have to finish the build, NOT do everything !!! There are only minimal instructions supplied, so there's a lot of internet research required”

“The packaging was not good enough. Some parts on the bike had wear marks from the box. Apart from that I'm very satisfied, and hoping customer service will sort out the small marks.”

“Recently purchased a Scott CR1 Pro for the fantastic price of £1690.00, staff were helpful on the phone and kept me informed of order progress via e mail, ordered 4.00PM and received delivery at 11.30AM next morning! “Purchased a Scott Foil 30 via Westbrook's website as they had some great deals on previous year models. Spoke to them first about sizing and received very good advice, backed up with a promise to exchange for a smaller size if I didn't think it fit. Delivery was seamless with great communication throughout from Westbrook and their carrier. Bike arrived in perfect condition and perfect fit. Happy customer who would definitely recommend and buy from again.”

“I contacted Westbrooks on recommendations from a member of my local cycling club after finding one of their bikes on sale that was suitable for myself. I called up and was advised they only had two left in my size, and they promised to reserve one for me for a couple of weeks while I arranged finances. After contacting them to confirm when I would be placing the order, the manager was extremely helpful and very reassuring. I placed my order via the website and my bike arrived very well sealed, with excellent prompts from the delivery company on when it would arrive and the name of the driver. Little things make the difference and Westbrooks certainly go the extra mile.”
