“Recently purchased a Scott CR1 Pro for the fantastic price of £1690.00, staff were helpful on the phone and kept me informed of order progress via e mail, ordered 4.00PM and received delivery at 11.30AM next morning! Great bike, great price, great service, next time I am over that way I must call in to thank you in person. Philip Dalton, Cumbria”

“Purchased a Scott Foil 30 via Westbrook's website as they had some great deals on previous year models. Spoke to them first about sizing and received very good advice, backed up with a promise to exchange for a smaller size if I didn't think it fit. Delivery was seamless with great communication throughout from Westbrook and their carrier. Bike arrived in perfect condition and perfect fit. Happy customer who would definitely recommend and buy from again.”

“I contacted Westbrooks on recommendations from a member of my local cycling club after finding one of their bikes on sale that was suitable for myself. I called up and was advised they only had two left in my size, and they promised to reserve one for me for a couple of weeks while I arranged finances. After contacting them to confirm when I would be placing the order, the manager was extremely helpful and very reassuring. I placed my order via the website and my bike arrived very well sealed, with excellent prompts from the delivery company on when it would arrive and the name of the driver. Little things make the difference and Westbrooks certainly go the extra mile.”

“Tremendous service from very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly guys (thanks Paul and Jason). I was even phoned to check that I had meant to order a 172.5mm crankset - I hadn't! The packaging of the frame and Di2 groupset which arrived only two days later was flawless. Some superb deals on end of season bikes/ framesets and groupsets and very highly recommended. Thank you!”

“These guys were absolutely brilliant. I phoned first because I had a couple of questions. They really listened, were genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When I asked about stock and compatibility the guy on the phone checked immediately and wasn't shy to double-check with a colleague with a different area of expertise. I ordered my item and got a despatch confirmation less than 20 minutes later. They kept me posted on progress and the item arrived the next day well packaged and as described. Amazing service guys! Thanks! Next time I need something I'll be sure to come to you first. Thumbs up!”

“Second time that ive bought from Westbrook Cycles and second time ive been 100% satisfied with delivery time and service ... only small gripe is i bought the same item on the previous Saturday from another well known Cycle shop and got free u.k postage on all items the item in question was £8 ..i had to pay £4 from Westbrook hence 50% extra cost for the same item ...i.m.o if you made it free u.k postage if that was possible ..then looking at the bigger picture your sales would rise ...however very competitive pricing and i would use Westbrook anytime”
