“I called Westbrook cycles about a broken seat clamp, they were very helpful and knowledgeable ! I ordered the part on line easy with PayPal and it arrived the next day!! Life savers the only stockist in th uk who had this part!! Highly recommend - thanks sharon x”

“the part was not cheap but arrived in a good time. the postage was reasonable. unfortunately the part did not come with screws, which according to my bike repair shop, it should have. they now need to use the old screws which are shot.”

“Great bike at the price. Light stiff,aero. Sram red a bonus. Wheels a bit heavy but seem to carry speed well and I like the deeper section. Bit soon to tell. Saddle will take some getting used to as different to my current fizik but might just swap saddle from other bike. Westbrook incredibly helpful - swapped to a smaller frame with no quibbles as I bought wrong size. Also swapped casettes for me at no extra charge. Would highly recommend.”
