“Great product and good communication. However the packaging was huge and the delivery would have been easier if royal mail was used rather that a different courier.”

“I had not heard of Westbrook before, an Internet search for an item threw them up - I checked the forums for confidence to order with them and felt reassured. Now I get an opportunity to write the review - I ordered on Sunday, and was in possession of the item on Tuesday, safely packaged. That is excellent service and it's great to see a bike shop using the power of the internet to extend their reach. Thank you.”

“I was really looking forward to getting these on the bike ( I bought the Shimano 105 5700 compatible version). I watched a few videos on how to fit them on line as I heard it could be difficult. When they arrived they looked the same colour as on the website, everything was going well. There was a slight delay in delivery but that was ok and the packaging was damaged but the contents looked untouched. Imagine my disappointment however when after struggling to get the original hoods off the new ones went on too easily and turned out to be far too big. There is no way that these will ever fit and due to the cost of delivery and return they now languish in the garage always to remain untouched and my bike will never be adorned by the colourful hoods that I had dreamed would match so well with the blue accent flashes of my paint job and newly installed cables. Never mind I had probably strayed over the line of trying too hard anyway.”

Hi Patrick, We are very sorry to see that the Odi hudz you have received are not suitable for your bike. Is it possible for you to return them to us so that we can double check on compatibility and to stop this kind of problem for other purchasers having the same problem in the future. “I recently ordered a Scott Aspect 950 for £359 (a lot cheaper than anywhere else). I ordered it on a Wednesday and it was going to be delivered the next day which I was very impressed with. My only problem (and it is a small one) was that I rang the store just before ordering to ask if it came fully built and I was told all I had to do was put the front wheel on, however there was a lot more to do than that. I also don't think it's a great idea to put cable ties around the ttires as it makes them difficult to cut without worrying about puncturing the tire. Apart from that I am very happy with my order.”

“Firstly, I rang the guys at the shop on a few occasions for advice before purchasing and they were really helpful. I then placed a bike order online without problems and received the bike very quickly. I would definitely recommned using Westbrook Cycles.”

“I ordered a minoura seperate speed / cadance sensor. Received the item promptly but upon opening the box it was actually a combined sensor I received. This was not what I needed for my set-up, fired off a quick e-mail which was responded to right away, sent my item back and as the item was no longer obtainable received a full refund even including my return shipping costs (unsollicitated), this only costed Westbrook money and still the service was first rate. highly recommended”
