“Bit too early for a review really. The product I've bought has not come into stock yet. At least this was made clear on the website before I ordered. Hopefully I will get updates as time goes on and a more accurate date for the item to come in stock is available.”

“I wasn't familiar with Westbrook cycles but the cycling shoes I wanted were considerably cheaper is I went ahead and ordered, this was Sunday evening. I received a return email acknowledging the order and one on Monday to say my shoes were ready for dispatch and then on Tuesday I had an email to say they would arrive between 10.30 and 11.30 which they duly did. Great service thank you very much I will definitely look to buy from them again.”

“I had never used or spoken to anybody from Westbrook before I phoned Friday with regards to what size scott scale 610 bike I would need (small/medium) the help I received from the person on the phone was fantastic and even though I find the bike £30 cheaper on another site, due to the help I recieved made me use Westbrook for my order. Now just waiting for my bike :)”

“Buying something for £1,700 online, unseen, and from a previously unknown source is a little bit nerve racking. But from the quick and personal acknowledgment that the order was received, the prompt dispatch, and even the ability to track the courier's van, I always felt confident that things were playing out right. The day after receiving my bike, I called the shop with a technical question. There were real people there, and the phone was handed to a mechanic who talked me through the issue and all was resolved there and then. Perfect.”

“Got to be honest and say I hadn't heard a lot about Westbrook Cycles however the service I received was fantastic and they were the cheapest for the Turbo trainer I was looking for. I was kept informed of delivery which was exceptional and given an hour slot which was very helpful. Would definitely use them again, thanks.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. I phoned prior to ordering online and spoke to someone very knowledgeable. The detail on the site was spot on with very fast delivery. I placed the order Sunday afternoon and was riding my new bike by Tuesday afternoon. Usually this service would come at a premium but have to say price was by far the best on the net for this product. Will definitely be using again.”
