“This is the second purchase I've made with/from Westbrook Cycles, the first being my Scott Foil 20 road bike back in September, this was my first road bike and on the day I collected the bike I also got fully kitted out with clothing & equipment, with the deal I got I left the shop feeling that somehow I'd ripped you off As I did then & with my most recent purchase, I find the service (either in the shop & or Online), variety & quality of products, impecable It also has to be said, you have a proper SALE with proper sale prices, unlike some retailers that just sell off the crap or knock off a couple of quid For me, 5 STARS all the way................ Thanks Gary”

“Excellent on-line bike shop with an incredibly wide selection of components. I am a first time customer, and was able to immediately receive delivery to my work address. Some on-line shop will not permit a parcel to be delivered to anywhere other than the cardholder's home address. Westbrook provided a very helpful text and e-mail to keep me informed of the parcel's progress. I am seriously considering changing permanently to Westbrook from my usual supplier, whom I have been shopping with for over 20 years now.”

“Dealt with a warranty issue with my Scott Scale 10 in super quick time with a great turnaround. Returned bike was packaged better than the original bike. Really happy with the experience and very prompt communication throughout. My only disappointment is that the replacement frame supplied by Scott was a 610 which just isn't as nice visually as the 10 - but thats being very picky and down to Scott. Thanks Westbrook, will happily use you again.”

“My wheels arrived this morning, punctually as promised. They were in perfect condition and very well packed for delivery. I have been a frequent Wiggle, Parkers and Chain Reaction customer for many years and using Westbrook was a step into the unknown. “Excellent service on my 2012 Fizik R1 road shoe order. Your staff member who answered the phone checked they were in stock, and that the inner soles were in the shoes too while I was on the phone for a couple of minutes before ordering. Shoes arrived within 2-3 days of paying on-line. Many thanks and much appreciated, Steve”

“Ordered 6 items. Received 4 within 48 hours. Delivery service is superb with the short 1 hour time window. 2 items came with a week or so delay, which was still fine. But! 3 out of 6 items were different from what I ordered. Even though they were all slightly more expensive than those I ordered, this is not nice. The shop has not called me, no email to say sorry we have run out of stock and we can send you something different. They simply sent something different. Actually, 2 out of 3 has got more or less the same functionality, but different brand. But there is one item which has different functionality (it is a tool set with different tools).”
