“I do not have the time or inclination to be trawling mortgage lenders and their offers so the Which advisers did all the work for me. They were informative, thorough and extremely helpful all the way through. It's a brilliant service and one I would recommend to all.”

“friendly and efficient service. any hiccups between ourselves and third parties were dealt with immediately. Went with their recommended solicitors as well. All in all for first time buyers it went very smoothly”

“The service we received was outstanding and helped make our house purchase a lot easier. The mortgage product we selected, with help from our adviser, was just right for us - we feel our requirements were fully taken into account. We had a couple of false starts as our first house purchase fell through. Our Which? adviser was ready to re-start the application process each time, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful for us. Our adviser responded to emails very promptly, answered all our questions in language we could understand, and was available on the phone whenever we needed to discuss something in more detail. I would definitely recommend the Which? mortgage advice service to others, particularly first time buyers who don't necessarily know all the steps in the process.”

“Alex Taylor from Which? Mortgage Advisers has been fantastic to work with. She is knowledgeable, professional, and truly impartial and customer-oriented. I fully trust that she has presented me with my best options, given my circumstances and wishes. She has been very patient with me throughout my search for a shared ownership property, which is a time-consuming and difficult process to navigate. I couldn't recommend Which? Mortgage Advisers highly enough!”

“We were first time buyers, and came in to this pretty naive; as such, we are extremely happy that we chose to spend the money on using Which?'s services. The advice we received from Adam, and the support from Christopher was 1st class. Our employment situations were far from straightforward, and Adam really helped us find a mortgage product that suited us. I would thoroughly recommend Which? to anyone, in fact we have already recommended using this service to a couple of friends. Brilliant advice, excellent support and removed almost all the stress - worth every penny.”

“We had hoped to get a remortgage with our current provider, but they seemed to be unable to cater to our requests. So we engaged Which? mortgage advisors and we were progressed quickly and smoothly. Our original lender than said they could help us and strung us along for another month before again they failed us. Which? then picked up where we had left off without any problems and things progressed extremely smoothly. We completed the remortgage within our original planned timeframe. They helped us in a time of stress get through to a winning conclusion.”

“From beginning to end, Which Mortgage Advisers have provided a service where they were always helpful, always looking out for our best interest, and doing their best to make things easy for us. Keith T made sure to follow up (without being pushy) when I was slow to respond, patiently sourced more information as we tweaked our requirements, and provided recommendations for ancillary services. Craig (when he took up the reins), made sure to keep us informed of progress and put us at ease that things were moving along smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other prospective clients.”

“I have just arranged my second mortgage with Shane & Phil of Which? Mortgage Advisors & the service was again excellent! I would 100% recommend them. This time, the cheapest/most suitable mortgage for us was one that they would not have earned a commission from, however I choose the second option, as I like this service & happy to pay for it.”

“We are so delighted with the advice and efficient service we received from Which? mortgage advisors and would not hesitate to recommend the service to others. Susannah White and Naresh Singh-Rathore were absolute stars and worked unbelievably hard at a time when a change in government legislation meant that the whole property buying process was up against an impenetrable deadline. Their knowledge and helpfulness despite what must have been a very stressful time in the property buying industry was second to none. They always returned my calls and emails and kept us informed throughout. The broker fee was very reasonable and the service well worth it, thank you.”

“Quick and painless process, where the experts at Which listened to my specific needs, then identified the best mortgage to suit me. All carried out by phone and e-mail with the odd document to sign, posted for my convenience. No going into town to someone's office, a very convenient procedure which delivered a good result.”

“Considering my age (65), I was looking to remortgage a buy to let , found it very difficult to get a lender. Contacted Shabber Ahmad at Which Mortgage, found a lender, and from then on the procedure went smoothly. The service is very good as you get regular contacts to see that everything is going well. I would recommend Which Mortgages.”

“We are very pleased having chosen the mortgage advice service from WHICH. It has been a great asset throughout the entire process. The service standards are excellent at every level regardless of the representatives we have interacted with. They are very knowledgeable and make things easy for someone without experience like us. We were always informed of progress and felt well look after. Their mortgage arrangements are set very clear, giving peace of mind that they work for their customer’s best interest.
