“Excellent service from start to finish of dealing with which and my advisor Victoria slater went way beyond her job and means to have me the best Morgage .. So professional at all times always kept me updated and not only did she hurry up the process with my solicitors as they were causing a delay ... But completely thorough considerate and with care and empathy. She got me the best Morgage deal she explained the process clearly in a way of easy understanding and was amazing.... I believe you have a excellent staff member there and I would recommend her and you're company to all of my friends and family. Also Christopher Tilly and other members of staff also provided an excellent service to me and had all the above contributes above to!! I am a very happy customer ... Thankyou thankyou thankyou ?xx”

“I'm not sure what we would have done without the help of Which Mortgage Advisers, they were so helpful from beginning to end and made the whole process a completely different experience to doing it alone. Their guidance and advice was invaluable and I will certainly be using them again if I need mortgage help in the future. I just wish there was a helpful service like this for more of the difficult processes in life.”

“Advisor: Wenda Hillier Wenda Hillier has been absolutely brilliant. Very helpful and very honest. I am buying a new build and builder's recommended mortgage advisor but I needed an independent/unbiased opinion to make sure I am getting the best mortgage product. One of their advisor's, Neil Dunn, helped me quickly understand my situation and the constraints of mortgage lenders, as well as me find a really great mortgage. I could have saved a lot of time an effort if I had talked to them sooner, so really appreciate their efforts. If I need mortgage assistance in the future I will definitely be contacting them first. “Excellent fully independent advice. No one tried to sell us anything. The advice was purely with our best interests at in mind. Complete explanations, rushing and peace of mind options. Adam Huttlestone was particularly helpful. It would recommend him and Which? Mortgage advisors to my friends and family.”

“I came across Which? by chance when an Independent Mortgage Advisor and a few banks had declined various mortgage applications. Due to my self employed status and policies changing I was at a very awkward stage. However I found Which? online and approached them and have not looked back. I thank Alex Kemp and Shane Lucas immensely as without their persistence and drive my completion on my flat would not have happened. The service I received was friendly, approachable and thorough, they have helped me to make sense of procedures I didn't really understand. I am very happy to now be in the Home Owners Club! Thank you again.”

“Okay, the finance sector has gone mad with new regulations and there was a lot of paperwork to provide, but Which? helped me through the maze and did exactly what they said they would do. They got me a great rate, and took time to understand my needs. I would recommend them to you too!”

“We can say whole-heartedly that Adam Huttlestone is the best mortgage adviser we've come across. Within minutes of chatting with him you can feel that your in good hands where no matter how busy he his he will return your calls and email. He is very committed and true to his word and even if its late in the day or he's busy he will still take the time to explain everything. He supported us throughout the process of which we are very grateful for and would definitely contact him again and recommend!!”

“My Adviser was Maryam. From start to finish the service she provided was excellent. She knows her subject, provided me with all the information I needed, answered all my questions, always contacted when she said she would and worked hard to obtain my mortgage for me. “Superb. With their extensive experience and mortgage product awareness, I was able to obtain a mortgage to suit my circumstances when high street lenders had turned me away. “Actually I was very happy - they always kept in touch being proactive and phoning or emailing me with updates so no complaints and I got my money on the day I wanted it - although the building society did fanny around a bit over the lease but I cannot hold Steven and Shane responsible for that - Building Societies are running scared over the new MMR and they seem to have lost the ability to use common sense, reason and take a risk based approach”
