“I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Which? Mortgage Advisers. I originally attempted to deal directly with the providers but, as a first time buyer, found this approach time consuming and daunting. Which? made the process much more straightforward. My advisers were very helpful, informative and responded promptly to my emails. I will be more than happy to recommend Which? to friends in the future.”

“Instead of having to do all the research myself into finding the best mortgage i was very confident that the mortgage advisors at which? would get me the best deal. I was right. They were all very professional. Always responding to e-mails and phone calls. Assured if they said they would phone back they would. I was very happy with the advice that i got from Which? and would go back to their service again and again. Thank you.”

“I received outstanding service throughout. Verity Iley - the advisor who handled my case - was, first and foremost, genuinely interested in helping me find and get the right mortgage. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She was able to understand my circumstances well and helped me through the available options, clearly outlining the pro's and con's of each. “I always found Which? good for impartial consumer advice so decided to approach them for advice about remortgaging. The adviser I spoke to was Shabeer Ahmed, he was professional, seemed knowledgable, and was prompt in returning phone calls/emails. He managed to find me a very good remortgage deal, which went through very quickly. Although there are fees to pay for this service I think it was worth it. Would use them again.”

“Good overall, but fist application failed in affordability, which I would have thought is a basic thing to check before putting the application in. To the credit of Ryan Harvey, my mortgage adviser, he did then find an affordable alternative with no extra fee.”

“This would have been five stars but unfortunately the first mortgage that they tried to obtain for us was not available and this should have been discovered earlier in the process. However, after that they pulled out all the stops and sorted out numerous problems due to the inefficiency with the mortgage company's solicitors. Would recommend Which?”

“My mortgage advisor, Ryan Harvey, was very knowledgable and professional and got things moving really quickly for me. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for whom I was passed on to once the mortgage had been agreed. Emails were poorly answered, if at all, and I ended up having to do a lot of the leg work myself.”
