“As I am a petite the selection in shops tends to be limited so I sometimes order online using click and collect to St Pancras or Covent Garden to avoid the perils of delivery failures. The delivery to store is usually fairly prompt with progress updates and staff in both stores are helpful. If I need to return items refunds are speedy and fuss-free. And of course, most importantly I like the clothes which tend to wear and wash well!”

“Been wearing Whistles for years. Stylish, classic quality that lasts. Do wish Whistles wouldn't use Evri for deliveries. 2 coats left at the wrong house, outside the garden gate, in the pouring rain!”

“The dress was ankle length on me and I am 5ft 5ins so misleading in the photograph which looked more midi than maxi. Had to return it.”
