“I found Customer Services difficult to contact. When I was successful, was given discount codes which didn't work. Contacted the chat line, was again given codes which didn't work. Eventually Customer Services answered. I ordered the sweater over the phone.”

“What a fabulous jacket for the money. I ordered it and really wanted to love it, I did as the quality is excellent but it just did not suit me! Very upset that I had to send it back. I am a size 12 and it comes up big so a small was a great fit.”

“Love buying whistles but will no longer purchase online as I was charged £20 postage to return dress. Ridiculous compared to other retailer’s online returns such as Boden, Mint Velvet, John Lewis, The White Company.”

“Nice colour grey denim and the material feels soft. I wanted a barrel shape but these are more in the normal category I.e. not very wide through the leg, and they are ankle length or even above. I’m 5’4” size 10 and a size 28 is just about right as there is a small stretch in the fabric. If you’re in between, size up. They are also high waisted. One disappointing feature is the zipper, feels kind of flimsy and cheap. If you had silver buttons it would look and feel like a more premium brand.”
