“Very Good service, so much so that I am considering buying one of your outside spotlights. My current outside spotlight is 300w. What LED appliance would provide similar illumination ? Regards Mike Wiggins”

“We bought a product that turned out not to be in stock - had to call to find out. Then had to wait just over 3 weeks for new stock, which then had to be chased 4 times. Very pleasant for contact. Very good on price. Let down by supply issues. Great product now finally fitted.”

“This is the second time I have ordered LED lights from Wholesale lights replacing R63 spotlights. There has been a reduction in the electricity bill using LED lights. Therefore I had no hesitation in ordering some more for my office. As the service I got was so good I was happy to use Wholesale Lights again.”

“Everything about the service was excellent. There is just one aspect that I was very disappointed with. That is the fact that the bulbs that I ordered were advertised and sold as a replacement for a 50w Halogen bulb (even marked as 50w equivalent on the box). They are no where near as bright as the 50w bulbs they replaced. I would have sent them back but to be honest I am so busy at the moment that I just don't have the time and I can manage with the light they give us but it is far from satisfactory. “We were told about your site from a friend but found little choice as lights go for the front room however we ordered 2 on the 1st August and after a week rang to ask if they were in transit or what had happened the agent that I spoke to that time promised to be very helpful he assured that he would see that the lights would be sent straight out and that we would receive them the next day or the following day but alas no lights arrived we left it a few days in case there had been a hold up before phoning again and spoke to another agent who told us that they might not have arrived at your depot yet but give him 20 minutes and he would see what had occurred and ring us back which he did. The good new was that he said he had he had arranged for them to be sent straight away by courier and we would receive them the next day for which we did receive an email also assuring us that they had been despatched from your depot. The next day we received them via courier. The lights are complete and well wrapped and we have yet to put them up. Thank you.”

“Quick response to on-line contact/chat and helpful info. Extremely quick delivery. There was an extra item in my parcel so I phoned and spoke to Thom who was very helpful, pleasant and polite and arranged paperwork for me to return it. Just the kind of company I like to deal with and would definitely recommend.”

“From the moment I phoned I felt confident that the items I ordered were correct for what I wanted. The fellow I spoke to was very helpful and made me aware of any discounts I was entitled to and whether or not I needed further advice.
