“The courier company delivered the package very quickly, but the box looked like it had been kicked all the way from the depot, rather than handled with care. WLED responded to my request for a missing part to be replaced with utmost haste and no quibbles, only asking for a photograph of the battered box in order to take matters up with the courier. On another order, I had ordered an incompatible component. I was telephoned the next day and asked whether this was intentional, or whether I would like to change the order. The order was duly changed, and a compatible controller promptly dispatched. Excellent service all round. This company deserves your custom!”

“Very quick delivery and when we realised that we had made a mistake in our order Wendy was very helpful and efficient and sent us a returns form immediately. Very good customer service. Thank you. We had tracked the parcel but would have appreciated some information about the replacement order and after a week had to ring up to find out the status of that order. The bulbs themselves are excellent and we are pleased with the purchase.”
