“Bought this light to replace a 400W Halogen that was faulty, I was happy to pay more for something that may last longer and had the 5yr warranty. The light looks quite sturdy in design and looks like it will last a while; it does seem quite large for a 500W replacement and I was a bit concerned that it was going to be too bright for my needs. The cable is way too short at 0.5m and needs to be at least another 1m long; I had to install a junction box near mine. The holes and slots in the bracket are too big at 10mm (6mm or 8mm would suffice) and means that modifications or fresh holes are needed in any mounting brackets or need drilling into any walls. When fitting the separate PIR I found that the socket in the light had been tightened up in such a position that I could not get the sensor to point in a forward direction (the most common position) I did eventually manage to get it roughly pointing in the right direction. Setting the light up took quite a while as the sensor is very sensitive to other light sources and wouldn't come on when required; I had to keep turning the light setting towards daylight to achieve the results I wanted. Once working the light output is adequate but I would say not as good as the 400W halogen which it replaced and I was expecting it to be too bright at 500W. If it wasn't for the sturdy nature of the product and the long warranty I would probably be asking for a refund.”

“Used WLED for the first time recently. Have bought from a range of suppliers previously across several lighting jobs and have to say WLED was a really good experience. Good range of products esp security LED lighting. Service was very efficient and in our case where we had some queries it was great to be able to get someone on the phone straight away and not be on hold for 30mins!. We also unfortunately had a weak part in one of the light fittings and the team was efficient in assessing the issue and resending a new light. Overall would recommend Wled.”

“Unfortunately one of the tubes was broken at the contact end and there were no LED starters which are supposed to be provided with the tubes. So I can't use the 4 good tubes and I'm still waiting for the company to send the starters and replacement tube. I was asked to send in photos of the damaged tube which I did but still no replacement after a couple of weeks. Your sales man Sales4 said he would be dealing with it but I'm still waiting despite sending a further email. I can't use your product so I've just wasted £108. Thanks, hence my rating.”

“Ordered a led outside light from this company and when it artificial it was broke so when I contacted them they were so sorry that they upgraded my light and it arrived 24hrs later and they sent me a pre-paid label to send the broken light back. Definitely recommend this Company and will be buying from them again for definite”

“Took quite a while to arrive and the end cap that retains the lens is cracked. As its for my ageing Mum who's existing light had failed I have effected a repair and she can now see in her kitchen. I have to say not massively impressed.”
