“Got through to your sales team quickly and did not have to go through an answering service.Staff were efficient and knew about the products.I have not fitted all the lights yet but I do not anticipate ant problems.One disappointment I did have was my order was under 20 kg but you packaged it in three separate parcels instead of one which cost me £15 extra in delivery charges.”

“Ordered infinity plus 70w floodlight Tuesday paid for a 24 hour postal service received floodlight Saturday teatime??? Phoned customer service to be told it's a special order (when ordered item was in stock)??? & the 24 hour postal service starts when Royal Mail receives order??? Very poor service...”

“The link between the light and the sensor is fragile and was broken on arrival. Used superglue to reattach. The light works fine but activates 24hrs instead of only when ambient light is low.”

“RUBBISH AFTERSALES SERVICE. Ordered some bulbs that were clearly stated as equivalent to 50w. Upon receipt the box stated an equivalent to 35w. I then sent two emails which have never been answered. And finally called the customer service line only to be told to ignore the box. When I insisted on them being exchanged or returned the operator said he would send out replacements and he was actually sending an email as we speak with an attached returns note. Both have never arrived so I will be calling again tomorrow.”

“This is a difficult one! I found the website to be very good, the service first class and the bulbs are probably very good too. However, in my particular bedroom light fitting, which is not dimmable, the bulbs glowed in the dark. I woke in the night and it took me some time to work out what was wrong. I had to replace them with the old halogen bulbs.”

“Quality product. Delivery took slightly longer than expected but that wasn't a problem. Gives out good light if not quite as bright as anticipated. Overall a satisfied customer.”

“The product is unusable. I do not understand why as it appears to be the same fitting as the bulb that I want the converter to replace but it will not twist to keep in place and just falls out. I am very disappointed”
