“The lights were delivered promptly and we're well packaged.I had one or two problems actually wiring and fitting to the wall but these were overcome and now they are in place we are well pleased with the everything about them.”

“Love my light fitting but regret buying the light bulbs with it as they are not good and started to blow within the first day.”

“quite quick delivery instructions pitcures not very good but dont really need them pir unable to set distances or time all pre set bit dissapointing”

“Specification good, and ideally suited as replacement in G4 Halogen spotlight lamps, with a 9 watt power saving per lamp. Performance is good, but too early to comment on longevity, and tolerance to transients in a boat power supply. Design appears appropriate, with provision for heat sinking and dissipation. Similar devices are difficult to find "off the shelf" but are available to the trade, but at a much higher price.”

Hi Gordon, Were always aiming to give customers all the information they require from the specifications. LED’s do help with reduced energy use and savings on your electricity bills. “I found your site by browsing for LED lamps and found it easy to use and your prices very competitive. The ordering process was simple and the bulbs arrived well packed. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that I didn't get any advice on acknowledgement of order/delivery (apart from the Google protected site advice). I don't remember having to enter my email address when I ordered so maybe that is missing from the order process.”

“Almost everything was very good. But first the VAT on the top of the bill came as a nasty surprise, I don't think it was clearly enough highlighted. Second I booked a next day delivery and spent extra for it. When I phoned up 3 days later I got a very helpful and efficient person (top marks) who apologised and gave me a refund on the extra over cost. Nevertheless, if it had been urgent it would be a 'very poor'. Don't raise expectations! But your helpful staff made it fine.”
