“Very quick delivery - over night - but the package had been dropped in transit. Fortunately the bulb in the damaged box is still functional.”

“You were very efferent in processing my orders but I as I have to install the strip on decking I asked if you could put a couple of off cut to practice with. Although the off cuts were on the order form they were not in the delivery and I think this let the side down. Regards Malcolm”

Hi Malcolm, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have spoken to my colleague who was dealing with your order and he did pass on instructions to the dispatch team to send a small cut off along with your order for test purposes. Admittedly this isn't something we would ordinarily do and it would only have been a small piece, but it should still have been included if agreed. “Service was great but am having severe trouble fitting the bulbs in comparison to the old halogen bulbs. They take some real pressure ( to the point where you think they might break) and a twist to get in and in some cases I have not managed to get them in the socket at all. Any advice on this would be appreciated.”

“Replaced 20W halogens in small spotlights, and seemed equally bright. Only downside is a slight lack of green in the light spectrum, giving a faint purplish tinge to the light. Hardly noticeable, though.”
