“Paypal issue delayed dispatch, which was no fault of WLEDL, but once Paypal had cleared I had to telephone to ask what was happening to get items dispatched. Sorted quickly thereafter.”

“My only comment is about the packaging of the product. The lamp was delivered in an ordinary thin padded envelope, quite insufficient packaging I thought, knowing the way many carriers treat their packages in transit. However, surprisingly, the lamp worked when I turned it on.”

“Good service, only question relates to the cable tails from the transformers have to be prepared, due to having very short ends of bear wire for connections.”

“Product was excellent Use of web site was excellent Delivery time was excellent My only problem was site security, my own security did not want me to enter debit card details as it said your site was insecure. Maybe your website security needs updating? I did make purchase as it was out of hours but next time if site is still showing as unsecure I may order over the phone?”

“1. Didn't speak to anyone. Did not feel the need to as I knew what I wanted and wholesale LED seemed to be the only one with them. Large BC candle bulbs. I have in the past and found the contact helpful. 2. Did struggle badly with the checkout pages. Could not locate the the discount code box. There seemed to be several pages without the discount code box. Had to keep pressing various links and eventually it appeared. However it took me ages and i am not sure I could do it easily next time. 3. Delivery no problem. Arrived very quickly and I prefer Royal Mail as if we are not at home we can collect from the post office centre just down the road, not some warehouse 30 miles away. 4. Good website and service only let down by the convoluted checkout process.”

“Whilst product is good, paid for 24hr delivery but received goods some 4-days later. OK, I got a refund but I really wanted/needed my goods next day! I item defective and I got a replacement eventually after 3 separate weekly chase-ups with them, otherwise good when we got there. Unlike MegaMedia who took my money and have never delivered any goods to date - Yes, thats MEGAMEDIA, via AMAZON, swindlers and time wasters”

“Folks, Feedback as required. Website good to navigate Delivery quick, a, though I have yet to check equioment as I am away from home for some days yet I have not as yet spoken directly to anyone. So far satisfied and will use again assuming matetials are as expected when I return home”

“Goods LED driver /transformer received rapidly but no instructions included, this for an electrical item is essential. Made a request for same via feedback phone contact asking about it but no reply. Your prices are good but always Chinese products are vastly different in quality some assurance of quality i.e. replacement for less than 4years operation or similar would be good as they are claimed to be very long life products ( much more than 4 yr)”
