“Web site easy to use, no problem with response or delivery. A slight technical issue in that, initially, the lamp I ordered did not fit into the light fitting. After some messing about I discovered that the (spring) lamp retaining clip needed to be rotated by 180 degrees for the lamp to fit correctly as the lug on the clip (where it is fixed onto the holder) was facing downwards rather than upwards and would not allow the lamp to seat correctly. Hope that makes sense, and that it was a one off, as I like the fitting and am considering purchasing some more. I can send you a photograph if that woudl help.”

“Haven't installed the units yet but a quick semi-permanent installation shows them to be very bright. I've bought 4 for my kitchen (4x4 Metres) and think they will be very good. There are no discernible pin points of light and the lens is very effective at distributing the light evenly. It's a good looking unit and I'm pleased with it.”

“This was the first time I had purchased LED lamps. I was going round in circles trying to find a lamp to replace my halogen. I decided to email Wholesale LED Lights with a question or two and received a prompt and informative reply from Thom. Acting on this advice I placed a small order to try out the lamps. From placing the order to delivery took one week. I chose second class post which took a couple of days. With companies now making next day deliveries I thought the time from order placement to shipping could be improved. I received an email from Wholesale LED informing me that my items had been dispatched and another from a Mirrorstone Lighting also stating my order had been dispatched which threw me for a second or two. I subsequently found the two firms were linked. I think this needs attention so just one email is sent. Overall I was pleased with the service and I will be ordering more LED lamps from Wholesale LED Lights in the near future.”

“Great product let down by poor packaging.After taking delivery of 3 led strip lights in what can only be described as a "Smarties tube" one was found to be broken, on contacting customer services they agreed to send out a replacement the same day, which arrived promptly but again damaged in transit. After another phone call to a very helpful customer service a 3rd strip light was dispatched and thankfully arrived in working order. Sadly I don't think I will be buying any more although it is a good product the hassle due to poor packaging has put me off .”

“The quality of the light unit was good, though there were no detailed instructions so someone with little or no experience would not find it easy to fit them. My main probelm was your customer service. I ordered them on line on Sunday evening & confirmed the order by phone on the Monday. I was assured that they would be sent that day. Nothing arrived that week & on the following Monday I checked with you only to be told that you were awaiting delivery in a couple of weeks but could supply them in the warm colour. I changed my order & the lights arrived on the Thursday. Not impressd that nobody informed me that they were out of stock as I could have had an electrician booked that week to fit them.”

“We ordered 3.3w LED lights & some spotlight fittings. The service was very good. The person on the phone was extremely helpful. We were going to order the 6w LED bulbs & he advised us to go for the 3.3w bulbs. These bulbs are very bright. & because the beam is 120' there is no dark spots. There is no dark spots in the rooms. We will save more with the 3.3w bulbs. Not very happy with the fittings as they are not fire rated & very flimsy. Definitely buy more of the same bulbs & introduce family & friends.”

“I found it difficult to get information on technical terms such as Lumens and Kelvin and have struggled trying to get a replacement LED bulb that gives out the same light as my existing halogen bulbs. The products should give all the info inc. lumens and Kelvin and a non technical persons guide to matching with halogen lights. The actual delivery etc. was very good and I was informed throughout.”

“Always prompt efficient service on our orders. All correct and delivered on time. Very good service on phone also. On last order, MAGENTO 100 036554, Alex (Alec) offered to include a complimentary light due to failure of one on previous order. Unfortunately this was forgotten by the time order came to be despatched.”

“The product description and web site is easy to use , a shame you have to log in and save a password for casual purchases, this is one thing that often sends me away from some sites. Delivery could have been a bit more rapid , not up with the best but presumably they don't hold stock and factor them in from a third party to sell on. Even with 2 day royal mail I would have expected them to get the order out within 2 days themselves. But would probably use again as the R80 bulbs themselves are excellent (after 1 day) and a big improvement on CFL that were replaced.”
