“Excellent service from gentleman at base - I sought details of the delivery and was given full details clearly, concisely and politely; he had to call me back and did so very quickly. What he told me became fact, so a huge thank you. However, when I placed the order for next day delivery, I did not see anything to advise me that the date was dependent on the item first being ordered by your company for delivery to you and thus the next day delivery started from the day you received it. Fortunately in this case it did not matter but if I had contracted someone to install the item on what I originally thought would be the next day, I would have been disappointed.”

“The site was good but could do with some more product information. Occasionally the site was slow and kept losing items from the shopping basket. Overall happy with the items we purchased.”

“45 degree led extrusion was just what we needed and at a good price, even before discount. Only let down by late delivery from Mirrorstone, not next day as paid for. not a big problem unless you are working for people who want the job done yesterday!!”

“Everything was highly satisfactory except that there was no delivery note supplied with the item, so I have no way to check whether the correct item was received from that which was ordered as there are no identifying codes on the item either. I ordered 5m 5050 LED strip, how can I confirm that that is what I received?”

“Prompt delivery and delivery charges were reasonable, easy to fit with the spring clips quite strong, the "warm light' are better light's which they replaced, May buy an additional 2 lights to replace the other 2 in another room however due to the costs decided to see how long they last, so in summary good at present but time will tell”

“I am pleased with the service and the product However, I would make the following comments. 1. I did not receive email confirmation of my order as promised. 2. When I rang up to enquire about my email confirmation, I was told that one would be Sent and I am still waiting. 3. I could not enter the discount code to get a discount. I was told that I would get a refund to address the discount. This has not happened. I have previously dealt with LEDHUT and had no problems. Tom Fredrickson”

“Arrived promptly. Product looks good, nice and bright. Free, custom cutting to length, and soldering service is great. Only time will tell with regard to longevity, as these have replaced a rival company's product that lasted less than 2 years.”

“Very good products - LED strips exceptionally good, incredible illumination. Aluminium profiles & diffusers were well made. LED power supply was compact & well made. My only tiny criticism is that the product description on the website is slightly confusing, implying that the 1 metre LED strips were individual lengths, whereas any lengths in excess of 1 metre are supplied uncut.....& you have to cut them yourself. But, apart from that, the products & service were excellent.”

“For general lighting are good but in a kitchen they are not as bright as needed to be; they are much better than the 4W or 5W equivalent LEDs.”

“Excellent service easy to order the lamps, sent as promised and arrived on time as advised. Reorder additional items based on the service..can recommend this supplier. One observation that would make the review 5 star would be the addition of a flexible connector for connection of these T5 LED Tube Light lamps where a corner is encountered in the lamp run - an extra power connector enable a DIY solution, but a ready made connector would be so useful.... ;-))”

“I collected from the store and the service was very good. However the website does not make it clear that prices are ex VAT until you go to checkout. This can be misleading when comparing prices.”

“Delivery was fast, great service. However I'm a little disappointed with the colour temperature of the lights, they are supposed to be warm white but definitely aren't. The light emitted from them is more like pure white where as I expect warm white to have a hint of yellow/orange in it.”

“Today 14/12/14 the parcel has not arrived as stated to be delivered before 1730pm 13/12/14 Parcel arrived this morning 15/12 nice outside light well made, will fit it tomorrow depending on what the weather is like.”
