“I purchased some LED GU10 lamps but unfortunately they were too large to fit into my down light lamp holders. One quick call to the store and they were able to offer more suitable lamps, with an exchange for the original ones. Excellent customer service.”

“After visiting the website we decided to ring with our order. The guy at the end of the phone was extremely efficient and very helpful. The price was cheaper than we had expected due to a 15% discount. Our shopping experience was excellent. The bulbs arrived quicker than we expected and in full working order. “First time I have bought from Wholesale LED lights and goods arrives slightly damaged due to a packaging oversight. Would be easy to go overboard on the complaint thing but a simple email to them and they could not have been more helpful or apologetic. I managed to work with what I received even though Wholesale offered to replace the items. Sometimes it just about people and how things a resolved that makes it mark for me. Overall a great service and a very helpful Mr. Thom from Wholesale. Incidentally their prices are very good when comparing with others selling the same product! Will be ordering again soon. “After trawling through the internet for best value l found Wholesale LED Lights. Great product range, great prices and good info seemed too good to be true. Only to be outdone by prompt delivery. A few hours later and my strip lights were up and working. My wife and I are well pleased.”

“I needed replacement bulbs for a spotlight bar, using 3 x 80w RO80 spots. I didn't really like the start up time for CFLs, and found LED spots that look like normal lights, and give a lovely bright warm lights, and have no hint that there are actually LEDs contained inside the bulb. The price was similar to quality CFLs, but given the even lower consumption, and if they do last as long as promised, they will well earn their place. Delivery was reasonably quick, and extremely well packed.”

“I knew exactly what I wanted as an end solution for up/down-lighting of two recesses either side of a shallow fireplace. Emailed the company and got great advice, phoned with exact requirements and the order turned up in two days. Minor DIY needed to assemble an then apply the lights, very very impressed with the products, the simplicity and the company...will buy more that is a certainty.”
