“I was told to buy an LED light by my son so I did and I looked on line and I found yourselves I through the lights that were displayed and ordered I was very pleased with the ordering and the delivery exelent response thank you.”

“The bulkhead units I purchased were of very poor quality. The materials and finish were poor and two of the three units were unusable because the lampholder terminal screws were either missing or had stripped threads.”

“Hi Nice product, good service and help on the phone. A bit irritating that the price for abroad shipping cost, came in an email 2-3 days after the order was placed and paid for...I would like to see the cost of shipping before I pay my order. “One bulb arrived broken. Not clear why because the packaging did not look damaged. Anyway it was replaced quickly and without fuss which is all you can ask. Really like the filament style bulbs, although the warm white candles I bought could be warmer. Overall very good.”

“Did I say I was happy? I purchased two Mirrorstone Titan lamps in December which were excellent and the whole purchase transaction was brilliant so I have no reservations about the Company. In the light of this I went ahead and purchased a couple of 9w Cosmic lamps, advertised on the website as equivalent to 75w but on arrival the box said 60w equivalent! To add to my dismay at the brightness, one of them failed to light. To lose one out of a shipment is disappointing, but to lose one out of two is a disaster. You can imagine what my feelings are now and I shall to consider carefully any further purchases. Yours truly, Gordon Stock”

“Had one led tube go faulty after about 3 days .Quickly sorted by Dee Dooky ,who sent a new tube next day. Very pleased with these tubes;no buzzing noise,instant start up and cheap to run.”

“Lights look smart, but I am (yet again!) underwhelmed by the use of G10 bulbs. They always seem difficult to fit and I broke yet another one when trying to insert them in to these lights. Why can they not use a simple screw fitting? If anyone has ant ‘top tips’ for fitting these bulbs, please pass them on to me!!”
