“Delivery took over a month. It was clear something had gone wrong and a telephone call I made went some way for me to appreciate this might not be normal and the "glitch" would be put right. I still had to wait a while but eventually my order was delivered”

“As far as the products go I am more than happy and would have given 5 stars, however communication is another thing. Five days after placing the order I had no confirmation but payment was taken, I emailed them to find out what the situation was with my order. Three days went by and no response, I was wondering if this company was legitimate and began to panic. I emailed them again and finally got a reply, apparently the 9w ceiling lights I ordered were not in stock but 6w were. I decided to have the 6w lights as a replacement and was really impressed with how bright they are, build quality looks excellent too. The incandescent bulb replacements are top notch and look just like the real thing with filaments glowing. Hopefully my experience with lack of communication is a one off so don't be put off as the Mirrorstone brand is a quality product and worth 5 stars.”

“Glass porch lantern with proximity sensor arrived broken in flimsy packaging through the post. A replacement took much chasing and several weeks to arrive. Now finally fitted, the sensor worked for a week and is now intermittent. So packaging was poor, customer service was poor, and product quality is poor.”

“Service & Price was very good however 4 of the 9 bulbs I ordered lasted less than 12 months which was very disappointing. I was under the impression LED lights lasted much longer.”

“Service very efficient, easy to place order, delivery very quick products packed very well. The outside 50W PIR LED lights were easy to install as a replacement for old halogen 500W. Light excellent well finished product.”

“The LED lights themselves are fine but two faulty units on the first delivery meant I was without lights for a week until replacements arrived. It also meant two visits by the electrician which obviously cost extra.”

“Just install 6 bulb adjustable ceiling light and initial impression is that it is an immense improvement over my previous 3 bulb unit which cast showers. I have only used new light for 3 day’s before going on two week holiday so will report again if my view changes with more usage on my return”

“The LED flood light was perfect for the intended application.The only criticism I have of the product is that the mounting bracket has holes that are to large,I had to use washers to mount the bracket with normal screws.Otherwise a great light.”

“Remote control for Lights delivered damaged. No replacement offered only a web link to buy replacements. No response to follow up emails. Not what I would expect from a reputable supplier. Avoid.”

“Recently moved to a new workshop that did not have any natural daylight. The light we purchased, we installed over the top of our polishing bench. It provides great illumination and was very easy to install.”
