“Website was easy to use and to place an order. Goods were despatched on the next working day and arrived 24 hours later by Royal Mail. I have replaced my old incandescent bulbs with the ones ordered and find them ideal. As I am getting on in years, I find the prospect of not having to replace the bulbs very attractive.”

“Issue with the original order of G9 LEDs as they did not appear to dim. Replacements were sent out and the original ones replaced, however these didn't work either. After a long time researching the issue it has become apparent that dimmers require different operating loads, The LightWaveRF dimmers require a minimum of 10watts 2 x G9s rated at 2w would never be able to be dimmed. This is a widespread problem and something should be put on the website advising of this.”

“The sales staff especially George were excellent, the only problem we encountered were that the junction boxes did not have enough room for easy connection. Where we had 3 main cables we had to replace the junction box.”

“Very quick service. The light was simple to fit and is amazingly bright it replaced a fluoresce fitting which had 4 36watt tubes and was far brighter whilst using so much less power. Will defiantly be buying more.”

“Fantastic customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of products I received was exceptional and at a great price too. I went online to order but had a few queries, so I thought I'd call in and speak to one of the sales team. They went out of their way to help me confirm and find the right products and also called me back to ensure that when my order was ready I could collect. Will definitely be using them again. “I had been looking for ages for a replacement sucker to remove spotlights as our kitchen lights were down to 1 spotlight. I found these from a Pinterest interest site and found what I wanted easily on WLED site and the service and product as it said on the site no hassle. I ordered 4 suckers and they are great very strong in fact so strong I did manage to pull glass off one bulb so have learnt to use with care. Well pleased and the rest of the site has some great products I will be back.”

“Ordered Omni-led candle bulbs for my chandaliers. Very pleased with appearance and brightness and colour of light.Only 3watts each so all 9 use about the same as 1 of the old halogen bulbs which keep blowing Brilliant !!”

“Web site was easy to use and I was able to quickly find what I was looking for. The lamps were delivered within a few days of being ordered and arrived intact via Royal Mail. The lamps themselves (3.3W LEDs) deliver what was promised and are a perfect replacement for the 50W diochroic lamps that were originally installed.”

“I ordered by phone. The person I spoke to was able to advise me exactly what I needed for my planned installation of strip lighting. The components arrived within a few days, well packaged. Assembly was easy and everything works. However, somewhat longer tails on the driver would have made installation even easier.”
