“LED's described as 'warm white' but actually they are quite a harsh bright white light. Much harsher than the halogens they replace. Cost OK and the dimmable feature is usable.”

“M dealings with this company were very good. However I had made a mistake when ordering which came on time and wad well packed, on opening realised mistake, contacted them and returned item. Had a friendly phone call letting me know the had received the item but said the return form was not there but during conversation they found it and apologised and a refund would be organised . All of this was done in a friendly manner . I would not hesitate to use them again if need be and would recommend others . You'll get good service. Mike”

“On my one experience so far this site provides an excellent service. The bathroom lights delivered were good quality and excellent value for money. When I spoke to someone directly (sorry I do not remember the name - my bad!) they were very courteous and informative. I could not expect any more. One potential improvement of the website would be to make it clear, at time of order, that for stock items that are not in house that the delivery times apply to when the products arrive at distribution point. This was not a problem to me as I was in no hurry to receive items.”

“The LED took longer than expected to arrive and I had to phone the company to find out why; apparently they were out of stock but still managed to take immediate payment. A call to explain the delay would have been good PR. However, the LED did arrive in good condition. Have yet to install it. The only negative comments would be that the wire from the lamp is not very long and there are no installation instructions at all.”
