“I have used this company before and after the previous led light failed ( the Pir sensor stopped working ) I looked at other stores but found these guys to be the best. I rang up to place my order as I had queries regarding the longevity of the lights and was assured by the knowledgeable staff that they were now more reliable and so went for the infinity range. I also upgraded the wattage from 10w to 30w. The light unit was only £30 which I thought was great value. The light arrived really quickly and packaged very well. Installing was really simple, just had to drill two holes as the unit was bigger. I struggled to see the Pir dials as to how to set this but marked everything half way and waited for night. I wasn’t disappointed the light was very bright it also has curved glass so the beam spreads nicely. To summarise:- well worth a buy, good products online and customer service friendly. The only thing that could have been improved was instructions how to set the Pir ( I looked on the internet for generic settings) and ensure these dials are clearly marked as I found them hard to read.”

“Possibly the worse customer service I have ever had to experience. Poor communication throughout. Products themselves seem okay. Would recommend a vendor like LEDHUT for anyone looking for the same types of products but better service and communication.”

“Ordered 3 warm white 1.8W G4 slimline capsule led's and a 6W led driver. Driver works fine and easy to install; the capsules were not quite as bright as the pre-existing 20W halogen G4s despite being listed as being equivalent to 25W. Although listed as slimline they were a bit of a squeeze to fit in my units under the kitchen cabinets, but they are the size listed so shouldn't have come as a surprise to me. I expected an email when they were shipped but none appeared before they actually arrived (or even afterwards). I am sufficiently satisfied with the product to have ordered some more - Cool white this time.”

“Out of 3 items ordered, only one was received correct. A return label was sent out for me to return the items which I did. A week later the correct items have still not arrived, Now Friday and was expecting Monday or Tuesday. Despite chasing up and being offered a email later in the day when they had investigated non arrived. Chased again today and told they would have to check and phone me back. Still waiting for the call. The calls to Wled were in a queue and resulted in being put through to the wrong department, when transferred one of the calls was cut off. This is not the service I had had in the past from this company. Now no longer got time to wait for the call, I am off to Tool Station.”

“LED light panel is just what I needed and delivery was fast. Disappointed that the SUPER10 discount didn't work. The Live Chat said the code wasn't for commercial lights but this wasn't stated anywhere I could see on the website.”

“Still not received my replacement order and no courteous call to when it’s coming. Please can someone please call me if your company value customers? Otherwise please provide me with a full refund with compensation for the inconvenience caused? I am sure this won’t happen and I I will making the phone call to get an update or either cancel the order all together.”
