“The product itself was great. The customer service, not good at all. Firstly, I ordered from the site with the advertised 10% off lighting on the site, but when I tried to put the code in, no luck at all. When checking out the banner was at the top saying 10% off all lighting, which annoyed me further with the amount I was paying with my order. Then, once I had ordered the lights, I ordered with standard delivery (of 3 working days according to the delivery part of the site). A week later, I phoned because I had had no update, no shipping information OR order confirmation! Spoke to a customer service rep who told me it should be sent out in the next few days. A few days later, still no order confirmation. I phoned again, and was told by another rep that the original rep should have told me that they were specialist items that took longer to be shipped, but this was written nowhere on the product description, and not mentioned on checkout where the delivery time just said standard. Finally my lights came, and the products were brilliant. product, 5/5. Using this site to order 0/5 :(”

“Purchased this pir light and it looks very good quality. After ordering on line it arrived in a couple of days. Not used yet so l cannot comment on performance but looking at the light it looks well made.”

“The products I bought have been terrible quality. Out of 10 bulbs bought 3 failed within 14 days. I didn't think to keep the bulbs as they are worthless and not worth the postage. And because of this Wholesale LED Lights have refused to replace them.”

“Slight problem l mtr lenghth tail not soldered properly was in bottom of bag looked at end of led and solder on contacts and solder on tail for the amount charged for cutting and soldering not really value for money. Overall though service and speed of delivery was good.”

“Very satisfied but found that butterfly springs had a tendency to spring off when installing. One sprang a fair distance in the loft which may have been a problem had it been a downstairs ceiling. Also the terminal block is only really designed for one cable with ease. Most situations there will be a loop in and out.”

“Ordered 5th September, arrived 12th September. Two female connectors supplied instead of one female and one male. Called customer service straight away and they wanted a photo of the wrong part, sent photo and then I was asked for confirmation of which part I needed!! Sent another photo of all parts received and they told me, yes there was a wrong part. Eventually after many e-mails the correct part (which was only £2.50) arrived on the 25th September Far from impressed.”

“The replacement PIR that I received yesterday had exactly the same fault as the previous one that I received last week! You are wasting a lot of my time and I am not a happy bunny! However your salesman Louis Henry seems to be a smashing bloke and is going to send me a newer model. I will reserve judgment until I have received the new model It’s just not good enough! Third time lucky?”
