“Using LED lighting is a new venture for me so it was good to access such a clear website that helped me decide what I required. Ordering was simple and the ability to use PayPal raised my confidence in your service. Everything arrived promptly and was exactly as ordered. Being a novice I hadn't considered how I was going to connect the output from the power adaptor to the twin wires on the LED strips - so a quick email setting out my problem brought the answer overnight from Thom O'Brien and included a link to the relevant connector that I required - excellent service nby any standard. Thank you, I shall certainly be buying from you again. Bob Skinner, Suffolk.”

“Being new to LED ribbon lighting, I was somewhat confused by the website and it was not totally clear to me how to match the power unit to the ribbon strip, what components were required and how it all fitted together. A quick phone call sorted it all out in a helpful and friendly way and the items were received in good order a couple of days later. I'll certainly purchase from this vendor again.”

“My initial phone contact was dealt with in a friendly efficient manner. I am by no means electrical savvy and the person I spoke to was able to explain what I needed. The first order arrived very promptly. One of the units appeared to be defective and was replaced after a phone call with no quibble. I would recommend this company.”
