“I turned up to the showroom on Saturday morning, not realising that I couldn't pick up the materials I required immediately. The staff at the showroom where very helpful and sorted out the order and then arranged for me to go to their warehouse and pick up the materials I needed and therefore eliminated the need for me to make a return trip later in the week. The staff where very helpful at the showroom and the warehouse.”

“I ordered 2 outside LED light fittings with sensors. Arrived very quickly, but one was damaged and after contacting the company and returning a photo of the damage I received a replacement more or less by return of post. However, although this part was straight forward they were a bit fiddly in parts to fit and adjust. But nevertheless are working very well.”

“Good product - LED floodlight- well, made, robust has a good feel about it, promptly delivered. BUT - the instructions inside are risible. They are written by somebody with English as a ?third language, and in places are complete nonsense. I suspect they might fail the duty of care the supplier has to provide adequate installation instructions. Of course if somebody would like to offer me money, I am technically-minded, competent in English, and could provide a clear translation :-).”
