“Lamps arrived promptly. I have 6 R63 bulbs in my kitchen and I am fed up with the frequency with which they fail. I bought two LEDs in order to see if there was a massive improvement. I was sorry to see that the literature suggests that you do not combine the LEDs with conventional lamps which is no great help as I did not buy 6 straight off and I want to replace the conventional bulbs as they fail. However I will combine them in the same circuit and see what the outcome is.”

“I ordered (amongst other things) 4x 6w gu10's They are certainly saving energy, as two of the failed within two days. The 4x 4w gu10's give light at the right temperature in the primary direction, but cast a horrible yellow glow around the edges; make the kitchen look nicotine stained.”

“Had an email saying "bulbs not in stock", most disappointing since the website had said they were - then the next day, an email saying "dispatched", and the very next day delivered - so in the end very happy with the service.”
