“Phoned late in the day, just caught them before they closed. They took my order and the lamps were delivered as promised in 2 days, its the second time i have used this company and i would recomend them. the only down side was one of the lamps has failed so i will need to order another one.”

“Christmas and New Year obviously got in the way of prompt delivery for my first order to Wholesale LED Lights. My order, placed on 8th December, contained some 3 - 5 day delivery overhead from the manufacturers as well as normal delivery time. However, it did eventually arrive following the email saying it was being sent on 7th January. The dimmable 6W GU10 Cool White LED lamps, MSGU1027SMDCWSIM, are pretty good, especially bearing in mind the 120 degree beam angle, though I wouldn't use them on rotating machinery as they do strobe. The JPDP402 Dimmer Swithc is interesting, with an automatic learning mode it determines the type of load by itself, which initially caused a pulsing on and off. It has a built in ramp up/down time limiting the rate at which you can fade the lamps.”

“Delivery and price are good. I'm aware the company has no control over the design of the bulbs - but someone needs to ensure a consistency of design in LED bulbs. Many light fittings have multiple exposed bulbs. The bulbs are not as cheap as the old incandescent types, and they last a lot longer. So you might have a room with (in my case) matching ceiling and wall fittings using GU10 bulbs. 12 in total. I originally bought 12 bulbs and now, 4 years on, one has failed and although it's easy to buy the same technical specification, getting one with the exact same front plate is impossible, and the replacement doesn't match the others. Advice to buyers: buy 2 or 3 extra spare bulbs when first installing LED bulbs!!”

Hi William, Thank you for your review and the honest feedback. Like you say, it isn't something we have much control over. LED Lighting is fairly new and I think it will be a while before it becomes standardised. Part of the problem is that LED Lighting is still a 'developing' technology, so tomorrow's bulbs may not look like today's as developers and manufactures are always happening upon new ways to make the bulbs better, more efficient, brighter etc, which ultimately alter the design and physical appearance of the bulbs. “I ordered 30 chrome downlighters for my new extension. Communication from the company was excellent by email and I also received a text message to tell me when the goods would be delivered - and they were true to their word - Well done! The quality of the 3 different fittings I ordered are first class and although i haven't fitted yet, I have checked them all and tested a couple. Would recommend for the future.”

“I have decided to gradually replace my low power bulbs by LED, but obviously, buying LED o the high street is very expensive. So I was delighted to find Wholesaleled on the internet. The prices are very good and the January sale made the price even better! My orders have arrived within a few days and and I am exceptionally pleased with the lamps. They look attractive, the light output is exceptional and the light is there, fully bright, immediately I flick the switch. My wife and I went "WoW" when we turned them on. I would say that a 7w LED is brighter than a 60w incandescant lamp. I did receive a lamp that was incorrect, even though the packaging was correct - obviously a small quality issue, but this has been quickly replaced. So, I am extremely happy and will continue to buy more LED from Wholesaleled.”

“I would have preffered a quicker delivery and some notes attached to the p[acking regarding wiring changes required if any. Admittedly there is a sticker attached to bulbs which are too small to read and explains nothing. I found out that I did not need any wiring change. If only I had known this I would not have called an electrician and saved some money.”

“First time that I have used this company and very pleased I was too. I ordered just a couple of bulbs as a trial, late Monday 6th January and they arrived Friday 10th January with the free delivery option. The range of bulbs and fittings is impressive although I had difficulty accessing the web page for transformers and drivers . . it may have been my computer??? I have now fitted the bulbs but as half expected, I need an LED driver for one of them. Packaging was OK but nothing special and bulbs could be damaged in transit. The product is as expected and is performing well. I have now ordered a further two bulbs given my confidence in the company and their products.”
